Title: I never wanted to see my skin this close up lol
Review: This is pretty cool, surprising how far it zooms in. However it’s definitely no where near enough to see any sort of bacteria or germs or anything- which I’d hoped for, but assumed a microscope like that wouldn’t be this cheap of course. For instance, on my son’s grey sweat pants we could see the individual black and white that make up one grey thread.. and a closeup of the texture/ little hairs or whatever.My 13 yo daughter actually confiscated this after my 6yo opened it for his birthday and she was entertained with it for quite a while- looking at her hair, her fingerprint, nails, skin… up her nose lol…. (Skin is pretty wild to look at THAT close up! We compared my sons 6yo skin all the way up to my moms 63yo )While my son does still like it- when he wants to look at something for a few seconds here and there- that’s about as long as he’s entertained by it. It might be better suited for slightly older kids.Light is strong, picture is crisp and good, I charged it for a couple hours and it’s lasted days without needing to be recharged. I haven’t put an SD card in yet so idk bout pic/vid quality but judging by the image quality I can’t see how it couldn’t be great. It’s pretty straightforward as far as the controls go but I do wish the button icons weren’t just yellow like the rest of the thing. It’s really hard to see whats what without having to pause and figure out if you have it upside down or not every time you have to push a button. Black icons would be extremely helpful!I also thought it was supposed to come with a couple slides with big legs or whatever things to look at- but it did not.

Review: Awesome for kids and adults easy to carry around with great magnification and visibility definitely a good gift and looks pretty good to me. I absolutely love that you can transfer photos of your magnification to your computer and it easily charges with a standard USB-C cord

Review: Surprisingly powerful – a huge hit with the kids!I am genuinely impressed by how well this digital microscope performs, especially considering the price point. It has become a favorite in our house for both the adults and the kids.The Pros:• User Friendly: It’s incredibly intuitive. My toddlers were able to figure out how to hold it and view objects almost immediately. It’s the perfect size for smaller hands.• Image Quality: The 1000x magnification is surprisingly crisp. We’ve used it to look at everything from rug fibers and skin to leaves and fruit. It turns a standard afternoon into a science experiment.• Portability: Because it’s handheld and has a built-in screen, we can take it all over the house and even outside without needing to be tethered to a computer.Things to Note:• Lens Care: The plastic cover over the lens/base can get scratched if you are sliding it across rougher surfaces (like stone or pavement). I’d recommend lifting it to move it rather than sliding it to keep the view clear.• Toddler Proofing: While it’s sturdy enough for kids to handle, you’ll want to supervise them so they don’t press the plastic directly into abrasive textures.

Title: Love this and will use for years
Review: This is a fantastic STEM toy. Loved by 1 and 3 year old and all the adults!! Great images and simple to use. I purchased magnifying glasses for us to go look at things. It didn’t realize a 3 year old can’t really use it. This has been even better than that would be assuming he could use it. This toy will be around for many years as he grows. Clear images with an easy one handed turn that little hands can mange easily.

Review: This thing is cooler than we expected. Got it for my son’s birthday and he’s been looking at everything! So cool that you can take pictures of the things you magnify. It’s easy to use, sturdy, comes with a strap to carry around, and has a light to make it see what it magnifies well.Some of the coolest things we’ve looked at so far:- Diamond on a ring (so awesome up close!)- Fibers on a shirt- A scab (gross, but cool)- Letters on a page- dog hair- dragonfly wing (you can buy slides separately that already have things like this on them for kids to look at)It’s been way cool! I kinda want one for myself.
