Title: Perfect for home surveillance
Review: This Camera System comes perfectly packaged with the DVR in bubble wrap. It has excellent performance, with 1080P cameras this system has high image definition and reliable night vision function. The hard part is figuring out what areas you want under surveillance, tucking away the wires and climbing the ladder to put them up. Otherwise they are easy to install, and suitable for home surveillance. The function of mobile detection and real-time alarm responds quickly and can effectively improve security. I love hardwired with DVR because you could always go back to the system, even if there is no Internet. With 4 cameras and one terabyte hard drive it gives you plenty of space for 24 hour recording.

Title: offers a lot of features and reliable performance
Review: I got this wired security camera system for a friend who wanted to keep an eye on his place, and it’s been working pretty well. The setup was a bit of a project, but once it was all hooked up, the picture quality was sharp and clear. The 1080p cameras capture a lot of detail, and the night vision works better than expected.He likes the human and vehicle detection feature, it helps cut down on false alerts from animals or moving branches. The cameras are solidly built and waterproof, so they hold up even in bad weather. Having remote access means he can check the feed from his phone anytime, which is pretty convenient.One thing to keep in mind is that the setup process can be a bit challenging if you are not very comfortable with tech stuff. Running and hiding all the cables around the house or outside takes some patience and planning. It took my friend a couple of afternoons to get everything neatly installed. But once it’s done, the system runs smoothly without glitches or crashes. Also, the 1TB hard drive is pretty big and stores a lot of footage, but if you like to record everything nonstop, it might fill up faster than expected. Thankfully, the system lets you set how long it keeps recordings before overwriting the old ones, so you can manage the storage.Overall, it’s been a solid pick for someone serious about home security. Title: Cameras do not have sound
Review: Cameras do not have sound ! This should have been documented in the product description. Quality is great during the day. However, the quality for night vision is horrible. I don’t like that it needs to be connected to the internet for this to be able to record 24/7 and playback. I did have a difficult time with activation. It logs off the screen every 2 days. I’m guessing when you log in on line it boots you off. To view the play back remotely lags, and that is very annoying and frustrating. The cctv box get extremely hot and you will need to have a fan blowing on it at all times. I don’t know if they have smaller cameras with better resolution and setting as well as sound. Moreover, if this works for you go for it.
