Title: Precision Powerhouse—Perfect for Crafting, Reading, and Close Work
Review: I’ve been using this hands-free magnifier for detail painting and reading, and it’s honestly a game-changer. The large lens area gives me tons of work space, and switching between 10× and 30× magnification is smooth and intuitive. The adjustable clamp allows me to secure it anywhere—desk, table, or even lying flat. The 5 LED color modes are surprisingly helpful. Depending on what I’m working on—fine brush strokes or reading small print—I can dial in the right light without changing tools. The build feels sturdy, not wobbly or delicate, and it stays in place once adjusted.Whether you’re an artist, hobbyist, or just need a better look at tiny details, this magnifier brings sharp functionality without clutter—and with thoughtful features that actually make a difference in day-to-day use.

Title: Good quality, not sure how specs were calculated
Review: This magnifying lamp doesn’t quite match the description, but is a good value for this level of lamp.Construction: the lamp is well-made of good quality materials. The parts fit together with ease and it looks like it should hold up to years of use. The hinges moves smoothly but hold tightly in place once the finger bolts are tightened.Lighting: not as bright as we hoped, but functional. Subjectively it seemed like the equivalent of a 45 or 60 watt light bulb. This is actually a plus if you are watching TV while crafting, as it doesn’t make it hard to see the screen, or produce glare for other people in the room. But it is not a gleaming spotlight perfectly illuminating all details of your work surface. (See picture- this is the brightest intensity.)Magnification: the description lists 10X magnification for the majority of the lens. The most common way this is used is to say that objects appear 10x larger than they really are. (They do not. At most, visual appearance is 1.25-1.5x the size of the object on repeated measurements.) However, another way of measuring this involves a formula using focal distance (which we don’t know), and this could give a result of 10X, for all I know. What does this mean practically? According to my wife:Useful for knitting or crocheting with worsted weight yarn, but she’d want something stronger to knit with sock weight yarn or to crochet lace using embroidery floss.Useful for bead jewelry, even seed beads.Useful for cross stitch but not very fine embroidery. There is a 1-inch “30X” inset lens. Although not 30 times magnified, this provided pretty good magnification, and a 3mm seed bead appeared maybe 6 mm in diameter based on the 1cm hash marks on the tape above in our photo. Because it is small, it is very curved, so the edges are pretty distorted. This means the object must stay within that small central space. For instance, it would be helpful to remove a splinter from a calm adult, but not to cut the nails of a wiggly child or small animal. If you need brighter lighting or more precision, you may need a different level magnifier than this. But for most general at-home use, this is a solid value and a good quality product.

Title: Excellent for Reading and Crafts!
Review: This magnifying glass is exactly what I needed. The 10X and 30X magnification is very clear, and the large rectangular lens makes it easy to see a wide area without constantly moving it around. The adjustable LED light with different color modes is a big plus, especially when working at night or on detailed crafts. I also like that it clamps securely to my desk, leaving my hands free. Perfect for reading, painting, and close-up work. Very sturdy and well worth the price!

Title: So worth it, makes tasks easier.
Review: Whether it’s a manicure helper or just used to read a fine print on a product label or even work on my crafting or small parts type jobs, this is really worth having around. It has a permanent home on my work surface and so easy to pull closer or push out of the way as needed. Also great not to have to change eyeglasses to do any tasks because it is right there.

Title: So convenient to use
Review: So convenient! I bought for my mom so that she can have it locked on her table while she tries to do some sewing work. She loves it so that she doesn’t need to occupied one of her hand to hold it!

Title: Good hands-free magnifier with extra features
Review: So far, I’m happy I ordered this product. I’m having more and more trouble reading small print and have taken to carrying around a handheld magnifying glass with me. But using that can be annoying when reading more than a few words and sometimes I don’t have a free hand to use it. So I was looking for something larger and hands-free that I could use when I’m at home and doing more reading. This fits the bill and is working well for me. I would recommend it.It has an adjustable clamp that is easy to attach to a table or a wide-range of surfaces. I’ve attached it to my desk and also to my end table in my living room. Then you attach the adjustable arm to the clamp, which I found easy to do, and you can move the arm into whatever position works best for you for whatever you’re trying to magnify. The magnifying screen is larger than any of my handheld magnifying glasses and enables me to read a lot at once. In the corner is a small circle that has an extra magnification zoom. I included a picture of that area. Now the extra features, which you don’t have to use, but which can come in handy, are the lights. If you want to use the lights, you will need to plug it in. It has an attached USB cable and also includes an AC adapter to plug it in to. I’ve used the adapter and have also just plugged it into my laptop USB port instead and it works just as well. There are two different features to the lights. One is the brightness. It has 4 different brightness levels. The other feature is different color modes – for example, there is a light with a bluish tint and one that is a warm hue, and one that is a natural light, etc. So between the different tints and the the different brightness levels you can find a setting that does not stress your eyes.

Title: Great Light, Meh Mounting Arm
Review: The light is great and the lens has great magnification for almost anything you would need to look at. The only problem is the arm is very poorly made and is extremely hard to move and adjust and get it to stay put.
