Review: This glass is not actually a ten power glass. The so-called 30x lens is only really 10x, as it only makes objects as big as a separate 10x glass that I have. It’s not even good for basic inspection of anything at all because the image distorts really badly except a small area around the center. I will be requesting a return for this piece of junk. DON’T BUY IT!

Title: Good packable magnifier – slight spherical distortion is noticeable reading across typed material
Review: This is a review of the BASEJKCO branded Magnifying Glass. It is 90 mm (3.54 inches) in diameter. Magnification is 10x for the majority of the lense and 30x for a top section within the same surface. I wish they had separated them into different lenses entirely. Reason is the there is spherical distortion.The lenses are made of molded acrylic plastic so is extremely lightweight. Comparing this a glass magnifier for 10x, a good aspheric glass lens has virtually no distortion. On the other hand, they tend to be more complexly ground, heavy, and expensive than this one rather than molded.In summary, this is a good magnifier for casual work. Not something that will feel too heavy in hand. Something you do not worry about breaking. Can carry with you backpacking or traveling.

Review: This BASEJKO 10X / 30X 90mm magnifying glass is lightweight (2.5 oz), comfortable to hold, and comes with a nice microfiber pouch and cleaning cloth.It works well for quick magnification tasks like reading pill bottles, labels, or small print when you don’t want to reach for reading glasses. For those use cases, it’s very convenient.However, I found it too small for reading full pages of text. The 10X lens also begins to show distortion when held more than about 4 inches from the reading surface, so it works best at close range.Overall, this is a handy, portable magnifier for occasional, on-demand use rather than extended reading, and it offers reasonable value for the price.
