Title: Loud Bluetooth Speaker for Phone Alerts so you don’t miss messages or calls
Review: My mother-in-law, who lives with us, typically leaves her phone behind as she roams around her casita. When she does this, she also misses text messages and calls because she doesn’t hear it. I thought this device would be perfect for her and I was RIGHT!When it comes to the functionality of the unit, it is easy to configure, easy to use and is as loud as advertised. The quality of the unit is solid. When you pick up the unit you can tell that it is well built. The ability to answer calls and hear them clearly on the device is also a bonus and provides all around value for the money. The range is also very good, which is helped by the attached antenna and covers the entirety of her 1 Bedroom casita. My mother-in-law, who uses an iPhone 14, needed no help in pairing this bluetooth device to her phone.The weight of the device is just right given it is meant to sit on a flat surface so no accidental knocking will move this device easily. The buttons on the device are larger, clearly labeled, work very well and provide the functionality needed to answer calls and receive alerts to incoming calls and messages.Highly recommend this device if you or if you have someone in your life that could benefit from loud incoming phone alerts.

Title: Pros and Cons
Review: Exactly what we needed. However, very disappointed when it did not work as described. Android user. Unit constantly stopped working. Sometimes after a phone call was completed. Sometimes for no reason. Unplugging and plugging back in would correct the issue but only for a short time. Was our unit defective? When it worked it was a blessing for a hearing impaired senior.

Review: “I was searching for a device to help me hear my phone better, especially when it’s not right next to me. When I saw this 120dB Loud Cell Phone Amplifier Ringer, I thought it was a speaker, and that it would not only make my ringer louder but also amplify my calls so I could use it for hands-free conversations. While it does function as a kind of speaker for the ringer, it’s not a true Bluetooth speaker that you can use for music or phone calls. It’s a very specific, single-purpose device, and that’s something the product description doesn’t make as clear as it should.What it is, however, is a fantastic solution for someone who is hard of hearing or elderly and misses phone calls. The 120-decibel ringer is no joke—it’s incredibly loud and the flashing red and blue lights are impossible to miss. It’s the kind of device that will get your attention no matter where you are in the house. For that purpose, it’s perfect. The wireless landline adapter is a great feature, too, making it very versatile.My main hang-up is the price. At $55, it feels really steep for what it is. Review: Set up was incredibly easy. Just find Reminder-A1 in your Bluetooth devices list and select it, then you are set. It works well, and hasn’t missed a call or text yet. The unit is compact and light weight, so you can set it up in even the smallest nooks.Volume is adjustable and can go very loud. There are attention grabbing flashing lights they indicate calls and texts. These lights are great for people with hearing impairments. Users can choose whether the device routes calls or texts or both.You can pick up and hang up calls with the device. If you answer a call using the device answer button the unit operates as a speaker phone. This gives you enough time to answer a call and gather your phone from another room, without risking a gang up. Once you have your phone, you can change your speaker settings back to the phone for the call.If you want to avoid the Bluetooth device operating as a speaker and mic just answer the call with your phone directly. The call is switched to your phone automatically and disengaged from the Bluetooth device for the duration of the call. As long as you don’t disconnect through the Bluetooth settings but the individual phone call the device will automatically resume as your ringer when you hang up.This Cell Phone Ringer is a valuable adaptive tool for the elderly and hearing impaired. I recommend it highly.
