Review: this magnifier lamp is a joke! i got the nongooseneck model, thinking it would last longer and be sturdier, but where the arm meets the stand doesn’t rotate; that means having to move the actual lamp or unscrew the vertical rods that make up the stand, which is ridiculous. and when i gently tried to move the magnifier, it quickly fell out of place irreparably was left dangling uselessly. this lamp could not be worse. keep looking!

Review: This is poorly designed and executed. . The cheap packing was my first red flag. The post wouldn’t screw into the base, the light wouldn’t fit into the top of the post. So I used the desk mount, that fit. The power cord is fine, nice and long. While stretching out the lamp it felt flimsy. The pictures are deceiving, it doesn’t extend far. Returned it.

Review: The magnification is not even around the circle, so I need to continuously move the dome to find the ‘sweet-spot’ to read the page. The light is bright and the different settings are a nice feature.
