Title: Better than bifocals
Review: After cataract surgery, distance vision was up to far, but not close in vision. I orginally got bi-focals, but the usual problems cropped up: finding the reading range, not seeing double when going down a set staors (a common cuase of stairway fall accidents). Upon a recommendation from friends, store bought cheater peeps should replae the bi-focals. And they did. I just keep them handy enough for those moments when they are needed.

Review: We buy these glasses for my husband, who is a welder and metal fabricator. They are flexible, lightweight and provide that extra magnification that he seeks in a ‘reader’ type set of glasses for much less cost and less concern about breaking. He doesn’t worry about scratching the lens or leaving the glasses laying around – he has several pair at work, in the garage and in his boat. These are an excellent choice for someone who is hard on glasses, needs to wear them for doing detailed work, but if lost or broken, they are not expensive to replace. Come with a lightweight case for carrying as well. Definitely recommend!

Title: My go-to reading glasses
Review: I like these glasses. They’re lightweight, comfortable, have decent lenses and don’t look bad. The temples break at the hinge a little too frequently, probably from how I take them off. The rims occasionaly break for whatever reason. I save the pieces and Frankenstein a complete pair from parts to get some extra wear. I wish I could buy them a case at a time for a better price. However, at $5 per pair, they’re still not a bad deal.

Title: These Glasses are Great
Review: I just had cataracts removed from both eyes and need magnifying glasses to read. These 2.5 power glasses are far better than I expected. They are comfortable and fit tight to my head. I am terrible at using both hands when removing my glasses but the spring temples give enough that they don’t break. I think they are spring loaded. I use my these glasses every morning to read the newspaper and throughout the day to read labels and to do cross stitch. If you need magnifying glasses I recommend you buy these. They are inexpensive and you won’t be sorry. Next time I order I’m going to try 3 power and see how they work.

Title: Okay for spares
Review: Great price for so-so glasses. Lightweight and comfortable. Decent lenses. Only problem is the right side screw comes loose CONSTANTLY on both pair. I purchased a cheap keychain mount eyeglass screwdriver since I must tighten the right side several times per day. Left side never loosens. Maybe I should try some thread lock.

Review: I just had cataract surgery in both eyes so needed some basic computer/reading glasses. These +1.25 diopter glasses fit the bill perfectly for my 27″ computer screen which is about 1-1/2 feet away from my eyes. Everything looks clear and undistorted. They are very light and comfortable and look fine. Spring-loaded arms are a nice touch at this price. The frames are finished in matte black with an almost rubbery finish. I’ll probably buy a couple of +2 diopter glasses for reading/cell phone use. A good deal for the price I paid. Recommended.
