Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the style, the value, and most of all that the magnification is all over the lens rather than just a band of magnifying as readers are.The brown is my favorite but the black lens really blocks out that sun so those are my gardening ones.I use these for driving and can see clearer.Also: I don’t think it’s actually recommended, but I use these when it rains because I can see the road better (the brown / amber like lens) somehow it helps define the road better and keep the car lights coming at me from blinding me! This is during the day, not sure about using them at night, they might be too dark. These feel very well made and look great!

Title: HIGH QUALITY and STURDY!!!
Review: I have needed to use reading glasses for many years and my eyes are quite sensitive to bright light. I prefer photochromic lenses because they instantly provide additional protection when outside or performing with stage lighting. I have ordered multiple sets of another brand photochromics offered here on Amazon and somehow managed to break every single pair with a simple accidental drop on the floor. The lenses were good but the frames would break easily. After receiving these glasses, I checked them out very thoroughly and since they really are a metal frame with plastic trim and arms, they are much more sturdy than previous brands I have used. The nose pieces didn’t need adjusting as if they were made for my particular face and the metal hinges are typically found on more expensive glasses. These glasses are very high quality for the money and stylish, so getting this 2-pair set for less than $20 is an awesome deal. If you like photochromic reading glasses, you cannot go wrong with these. I plan on buying more but it will probably be a while since they seem so incredibly durable. I will update this review if my opinion changes. I doubt that it will.

Title: Well made and sturdy.
Review: Very sturdy and well made. Product was as described. True, the lenses hardly changed color while driving-so no real difference noted. However, the lenses did darken up when outdoors (not like true sunglasses) and provided some protection from the sun.They have an “old fashioned” retro look.

Title: A new standard in cheap eyewear
Review: I am a regular purchaser of generic readers and most last a few months before an arm breaks away.It is clear that these glasses are a step up in quality and better yet, fit and comfort. The only small issue I have is the reflection to the far sides of the inner lens, but not to an amount tat is disturbing. Time will tell if the initial quality lasts longer than the average.I should add, the packaging is very complete and protective.

Title: They fit our criteria on every level.
Review: Just ordered another pair. We have no idea how anyone can find any faults in this item. Someone stated that it doesn’t darken. That’s an absolute fake observation. It may not turn super dark but it definitely darkens and they are true photochemically perfect. They are worth twice the price. My wife said that compared to the many she has bought from CVS and Walgreens these are 100% better.

Review: These do not work if y ou wear contacts! They put the reader strength through the whole lens so when I went to drive I could not see! Reader strength should only be in a small portion at the bottom of the lens! I returned them!

Review: I’ve tried everything to make these ok. Aesthetically pleasing to look at but actually graze my skin when manoeuvring them on or up. Then due to same sharp edges they tangle in my hair . Tried repeatedly as I wanted them to work. These are just not worth the scrapes and hair pulls.
