Title: Accurate and Easy-to-Use Energy Monitor
Review: This Upgraded Watt Meter is a fantastic tool for tracking energy consumption in my home. It provides accurate readings of voltage, wattage, amps, and overall electricity usage, making it a great way to identify power-hungry devices and reduce energy costs. The backlit display is a major plus, making it easy to read in low-light conditions. The 8 different modes allow me to track various metrics, from real-time power usage to cumulative energy consumption, which is extremely helpful. The overload protection feature adds peace of mind, ensuring that my devices are safe from potential power surges.Setup was a breeze—just plug it in, connect the device you want to monitor, and it instantly starts displaying energy data. The readings are precise, and the unit itself feels sturdy and well-built.Overall, this is an essential tool for anyone looking to monitor their electricity usage efficiently. Whether you’re trying to cut down on energy costs, optimize appliance efficiency, or just understand your power consumption better, this watt meter delivers excellent performance. Highly recommended!

Title: Good for the price
Review: This meter seems to work well. I tested the listed specs with a clamp multi-meter(Split-line receptacle) and small space heater, and the stated voltage and current accuracy ranges (<2% current; <1%voltage) are met. I'm not using the other features to calculate cost of energy use. I don't know how accurate VA vs Watts and apparent power accuracy, where the state accuracy is within 2%.Reviewer: Dominic Vargas

Title: Works well
Review: Works as listed. Slight issue: it didn’t work when I plugged it into my chest freezer or my refrigerator. I’m not sure why. Just keep this in mind when buying one of these. Great product

Title: Somewhat confusing but an excellent device
Review: One thing that I like is that there are a lot of functions, volt amps, power factor, current power used in watts or KW,you can put in the price per kilowatt you pay and it’ll calculate keep running total. But… There are some confusing parts of this too, some that don’t make a lot of sense to me Such as you have a clock that runs when power is being consumed through that meter. And that’s great and it’s a 24 hour clock. In another place it’ll tell you a day so after you run it for 24 hours you go to that screen and you see one day. So is that day one or one completed day so when you look at the hour meter and it says four hours move over a screen or two and you see day one, the first day or is it that it’s one completed day and the hour meter at 12 hours means not one day but one and a half days. Very confusing but that’s what it tries to do and that’s a good thing. It seems somewhat accurate, I have a relatively fixed load on itn hour by hour. It seems to be consistent. The last thing I have to comment on that the directions included with it absolutely suck. They are better than nothing but probably not bu a lot. A little effort and it’s decipherable just little things like the confusion in setting the price per kilowatt. Oh my God, labels on the buttons do not coincide with logic or the book. Well maybe they do somewhat coincide with the book. What I recommend this… Absolutely, yes, you just have to wade through it, but I do highly recommend it

Title: Take photos of instructions and keep in your photostream
Review: The device isn’t exactly intuitive, so I recommend photographing or scanning the instructions for future use. The instructions come on a piece of paper that is double sided, so both sides. I downloaded my power bill and the photos of the instructions to AI for additional assistance, but that isn’t necessary. The sticker on the back of the unit says set the “overload alarm to 1600W before use”. Default is 3000W. Other than that, get your kWh rates from your power bill. Plug that into the cost and use the device. It has a memory when unplugged so you don’t need to do that over and over again. Handy…. good value for the price. I recommend this device if you want to find out the cost of some of your devices. High consumption devices in your house are your washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher. Good places to start… You’ll be surprised that LED or CFL lights don’t move the needle like these high consumption devices do.

Title: Excellent for checking and setting low power devices.
Review: This is a fantastic device. I used it on my 1700 watt deep fryer tonight and discovered the cooker power was only 1500 watts. I use it on my 5 and 7 watt reptile heaters. I have 4 of the 5 watt heaters and 3 of the 7 watt heaters. Using this meter for the combined power, I can turn them up and down individually to set he power of each heater. The readout is very precise.
