Title: Reasonable optical quality, super convenient size, super cheap
Review: I had a product similar to this decades ago and purchased these as a replacement. They’re easy to carry in a pocket and the faux-leather (i.e. synthetic) cover protects the lens surface from scratches; it doubles as a handle when in use. The level of magnification is good for most work, and I haven’t noticed any distortion in the main viewing area. I keep one of these in my EDC pouch and my spouse keeps one in her purse. I would definitely buy these again…and just might.

Title: Decent magnifier to keep handy, but does not hold up in a pocket
Review: The magnifier is a good size and helps me read small print on labels. However, after only a couple months of carrying it in my pocket, the protective sleeve was tearing and eventually broke at the rotating joint. If I can’t protect the lens, it’s no good for daily use like that. But it would be fine to keep on the kitchen counter or desk for when you need to see small things at home.It’s hard to find a pocket magnifier that isn’t too thick. This was my second try, after one with a plastic sleeve turned out to be massive. A friend made me a leather sleeve to replace the junk sleeve on this one and that’s been holding up well. Most of us don’t have leatherworking tools; there is a market for a pocket magnifier with a durable but thin sleeve.

Title: Great to carry in your pocket or purse
Review: I’ve purchased quite a few of these now and given some of them as gifts. I like that it has a little little protector so that the lens does not get scratched. I sometimes need the magnification and I mostly use it in the supermarket to make sure I’m getting the freshest product they have there on bread, donuts, etc. So if you need a small magnifying glass this is a nice one that you can carry with you. I carry it in my back pocket all the time. Now I’ve even put one in my car. I gave one to my sister and her husband saw it. Checked it out and he says I wish he had given me one. Thank God I had extras already. I just took it over the next day to him and he was grateful. I’m glad he was comfortable enough to tell me he was appreciative of getting the magnifying glass. He’s using it also with my sister and I gave some to my nieces one of my best friend and no one’s refused them yet. So you might think of buying more than just one package cuz I think I purchased it five or six times now and there’s two in each package

Review: The magnification is good. I had this hanging from a wrist band but it kept flopping open. Eventually I got rid of the plastic sheath covering and used the handy hole to attach to my wrist band. The sheath covering is cheap and caused more problems than it is worth. The glass itself is just right and helps my poor vision see enough to read Rx’s. Not sure how they can make it so the glass does not flop open when wearing on my wrist. Perhaps a simple clasp that closes the freely open sheath? Anyway I am using it now and hope it does not scratch. Great to have two as one is a backup.
