Title: Maybe 5x, No CA correction, but made well.
Review: Nice aluminum housing, lenses are glass and seem high quality. The magnification rating of 30x is using some funny math. In the real world it’s more like 3x to 5x. Not good enough to check Magic the Gathering Cards for the four red dots in the green pip. Additionally the large 36mm aperture is not completely useful, it lets more light through, but has no CA (chromatic aberration) correction. Only the middle section of the lens shows a clear image, all the edge areas are badly distorted. – This kind of almost good, but still junk product costs us the consumer billions and billions. This is why we can’t have nice things anymore. — I don’t think this was actually made in Germany, if that matters to you.

Review: As described, I use this for looking at carbide insert wear at work, being a workshop manager too many carbide inserts get thrown into our carbide bin when they have still got perfect edges and can still be used. Great product however this is not made in Germany as advertised.
