Title: Silent, tiny, effective (until further notice!)
Review: I wear Acuvue Oasys biweekly contacts, which start feeling dry after about a week.I misplaced my old contact lens cleaning machine during a move — it was from Amazon, clamshell-shaped, and it vibrated to clean the lenses. It was quite loud, and the mirror got gross really fast from solution splatter.This is better than that one. It’s completely silent, it works for cleaning & rehydrating soft lenses (I use optifree solution), and it’s really cute and small (see pic), probably excellent for taking on the go. One run through this thing and my 6 day old contacts felt like new, no irritation, sparkly clear & hydrated.The only caveat that I can see so far is that the manual says it must be replaced/will stop working after 365 uses. This isn’t that big of a deal for me — while I’m not a fan of disposability culture and would prefer the components be replaceable individually.However, for the same mostly-irrational germ reasons dissuade me from rinsing my lenses with my fingers, I’ll consider this machine fair game for replacement by the time I’ve “used this one up” (a long time if I only use it every 4 days or so).It’s more expensive than many others out there, but $35 every other year or more should make it worthwhile, given that it actually lasts that long.Overall, for me, it’s a 5-star lens cleaning machine. Will update review if something changes.

Title: Stopped working!
Review: Bought this to replace a purilens system that was no longer made. This worked fine for about a month. It stopped working. I have tried charging it overnight, and it is non-operational. Spend you money on a quality cleaner that won’t break down!

Review: This is a fantastic machine that does everything that is stated it does. My son reckons since he has been using it that his eyes feel so much more relaxed when his contact lenses are in which are the hard lenses. Very happy to recommend to anyone that is interested the machine is well worth the money. We bought this hoping it was going to be better than the first one we purchased which was a cheaper price but turned out to be no good. This one totally out performs the first one.

Review: I havnt used yet but received today and was quite shocked after opening. The colour actually made me say out loud “this can’t be real” it’s the exact colour of snot. It’s yellow with the faintest bit of green it looks like it could be 50 years old but it’s actually disturbing. The packaging’s nice and it looks like it’s a cell phone box. Note that it says high frequency NOT ULTRASONIC. The colour alone I would give -5 stars if I could.
