Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:price point was good. quality is good. i will say that the metal cover has a bit of a sharp edge. thats my only complaint, which is not that big a deal. the plastic case is nice. the light is bright and the additional UV light is cool too. the optics are satisfactory.

Title: Not bad for $12
Review: A decent little loupe for the money. There is no real depth of field, as expected, and the metal is thin with sharp-ish edges, but the magnification is good and it comes with a cute case and a lens cloth. And if I hold it against my phone camera lens, I can actually get a decent macro shot. So I would like to have one with a nice brass housing, but overall it’s a keeper.

Title: Great magnification and LED light
Review: I bought this magnifier to use with wildflowers and tree ID. My smaller and lighter loop was not letting me see that I wanted to. This magnifier is larger and heavier than my old one but gives me a lot more clarity in viewing small lenticels on twigs or counting minute petals. Plus the LED light is great in low light.

Review: Marginal item. The LEDs are super badly attached and bend with the slightest touch. Also the LEDs contact the outer casing when folded. No way this is lasting very long. Magnification is OK, and the item is indeed made of metal.

Review: If you’re expecting a standard sized loupe, this is a little larger and more heavy. I’ve been cautioned to be sure the tiny phillips head screws don’t come loose. Be careful not to lose the little tool provided in the case to remove the battery cover.

Review: I got this product to look at my gold and silver jewelry better and works amazingly. The case is very high quality with perfect fitting for the tool along with a slot for the battery remover tool. The tools itself is amazing. The normal light is very bright and it is also very easy to change between off, normal light, and UV light. The UV light works great for identifying real and fake money bills. The whole tool is made from solid metal and has a very robust and strong build. The smooth metal makes it easy to hold and put up to your eye. Once place inside the case, it becomes very easy to carry around and place in your pocket or bag with absolutely no worries about it breaking. The last photo included is a nice close up of my very small silver bar.
