Title: Works great perfect fit.
Review: There are two different types of plug receptacle for battery. not interchangeable should pay close attention to plug type. Lower cost battery would not work.

Title: Cable orientation, no instructions
Review: Not as shown, as you can see the battery cable is not on the edge as shown in the picture it is about a centimeter or half inch shifted towards the middle. I had to use a razor knife to cut the inner frame so the cable Would not be pinched by the battery compartment. It was extremely difficult to place snap the cable in place and mine wound up warping then plug when I had to pull it out again to modify the frame. Now I have had to use supper glue to get it to stay. It did not come with any instruction or installation guide as it says. It did come with a warning on the package that says “ not to be handled by unauthorized personal yx”. I just assume this is to remove their liability. I was not able to find a manual online and am not sure how long to charge it before I can turn it on. Most websites recommend 4 hours so I will go with that. If I does not work I will file a warranty. If it does work then I will enjoy my Kindle until the battery dies.
