Title: Piece of Junk
Review: My first magnifier was purchased in August of this year. Within weeks the on/off switch would not work. The replacement is now not working. Today is 9/27/22 I am visually impaired and getting through to Amazon or manufacturer has been extremely difficult. I cannot see well enough to answer questions via phone and am unable to reach a live person.

Review: Bought this item for my mom. She previously owned one which broke on her after a few years. Was looking to replace it. Item received defective. Letters are blury to start and under magnification are worse. Does not have many vision mode options as well compared to her previous one which looks exactly the sameWill be returning this item. It’s unfortunate. Not sure if I should buy another from this seller.Bought another one and no issues at all. My review has been editied to a positive review. My mom is happy with the purchase.

Review: The battery isn’t strong enough. It must be charged daily. I bought it as a gift for my mother who has very limited vision and is using it mostly to read obituaries, set the thermostat and occasional reading through the day.You would be unable to read a book on the battery charge, however, it can still be used plugged into a power outlet while it is charging. It is an excellent device and indispensible to anyone with low vision. It has many nice features as well.
