Review: Did magnify well but the lights were too bright. This had white lights for first selection and then warm lights then a combination of both. Lookin at a page of a book the light reflected back was too much. Would be good to look at other things. I ended up taping over half the lights and it was better for reading. Magnifier was large enough to view full pages. Somebody else may like how bright the lights are but just too much for me as is. Built good and I liked the ratchet handle. Would have been nicer if you could adjust the lights. All plastic that made it lighter for holding and the plastic was not cheap plastic. Seems durable for it’s intended use. I will keep the magnifier.

Review: Started out great, it’s bright enough, several light levels, but put it down for a few days and the batteries are dead. I don’t know why, I made sure it was turned off, but, three days later, no light. I just remove the batteries and put them back in when I need it. Oh, well.

Review: I bought this to augment a 3X magnifying glass I already have, because I have a Compact OED (it requires a magnifying glass even for people with perfect 20/20 vision).This arrived today, I held them up side by side — the magnification is identical. This is only 3X magnifying, so the listing is a lie.Additionally, the magnifying “glass” itself is a flimsy, ridged plastic. Went right back in the box and is going right back to Amazon.

Review: Fantastic product. I bought it for my Mum so she can read, and it worked as soon as I installed the batteries and touched the power button. The LED lights are nice and clear, and the different brightness levels are decent as well. I highly recommend this.
