Title: Great product, great customer service
Review: I had gone through a number of OTC hearing aids and none were even close to satisfactory. Then I had a professional hearing test by an audiologist and briefly wore the over-the-ear hearing aids they were selling, and they were quite good. But at $3,000 to $5,000, I couldn’t consider them. So I began searching for their equivalent, and found it in Elehear.They are virtually invisible, programmable through my phone, so comfortable I often have to touch them to be sure they’re still there. Unlike earbuds, they don’t block my natural hearing.And the customer support is stellar. I had a technical question involving Bluetooth and they not only answered my question, but also provided step by step instructions on how to manage Bluetooth connections.Another problem I had involving their app was again handled by their support team, who gave me a personalized solution. This was top-level support.I would recommend this device and this company without reservation.

Title: So far, very good quality and value
Review: This is my 4th try at hearing assist devices, and the Elehear Beyond is certainly working better for me than the other devices including units at $1100 a pair. They were ready to use right out of the box, with the earcups and wire length/shape well-suited to my ears. Sound quality for things like voices is good, and the app makes volume and tone adjustment simple. For my level of hearing loss and tinnitus, these work well at providing an extra level of amplification while allowing the natural ambient sound through. They are not that good for streaming music, but I don’t think that is their purpose.I have only had these for a few days, so time will tell about the overall quality of durability, but these are definitely a good value.

Title: I am so delighted I chose to try these hearing aids!
Review: About 10 years ago I was prescribed a great pair of another brand hearing aid from an audiologist that ran me well over $5,000. I’ve been watching what has been becoming available on Amazon for a couple of years and tried one pair that did not work well for me, but these Elehear hearing aides are my best quality set ever. They fit well and feel super comfy. The sound quality is excellent when I listen to my iTunes, I can hear what they are saying around me know without having to read lips or subtitles. The app work easily on my iPhone so that I am able to personalize my experience. Thank you for creating a superior product for thousands of dollars less. I’m an educator and I can’t tell you how much it will help me. Thank you!! I believe I paid around $400 for them. 5 stars for perfection in every aspect of them. I’m also looking forward to charging them rather than replacing all of those batteries!

Title: Horrible feedback from both sides
Review: I bought these for my dad as a backup to his other hearing aids. These were terrible. They took forever to connect to Bluetooth, the app was convoluted and the feedback was worse than the old ones he already has. We decided to return them. I dropped them off at UPS 8 days ago and they still haven’t even made it to their destination to begin the process of refunding. I should have been more careful about who I was buying from.

Title: On the fence about these.
Review: Pros: Effective hearing aids. They have done a nice job significantly enhancing my hearing.Nice case that protects well.Cons: Battery life is no where near to 20 hours advertised. Even with minimal phone use and no streaming, I’m lucky to see 9 hours of use. I have to resort to a lunch time charge to get through the whole day.App is lacking in the areas of tone control. Need a little more tone control as there is virtually none.Hearing test failed Everytime I tried it. Nothing happened when I tried to get the test to complete.Overall I’m still trying to decide if I’m going to keep these or send them back.Update: Right hearing aid started distorting and then failed completely after about 30 days.I’ll be returning these.

Title: Love these Hearing Aids! Great Customer Service!
Review: Perfect for me. An audiologist selected these hearing aid for me to buy on Amazon. This person said “These would most likely give me everything I needed “. “Never heard of the brand or company” after reviewing all of the offerings on Amazon. There is a device packed with the hearing to measure the length of your ear to determine wire size. Mine came with number 2 wires and the hearing worked great. Later I decided to measure and felt that longer wires would be more comfortable and less visible. I sent an email to the Customer Service as instructed and soon received a reply. In a few days new wires arrive complete a tool for installation via FedEx. Very easy to install and worked great. Super Customer Service

Title: Really great product, but just not for me.
Review: These hearing aids were wonderful. They didn’t have a lot of echo, they were easy to use and I really wanted to keep them. The AI feature that does translation was really cool. My problems were #1 – I couldn’t get them to fit right no matter which wires and tips I used. #2 I had trouble getting them in the charger correctly. I would wake up thinking they were charged and find out they weren’t. (this was my fault, not the device’s fault, as my son had no problems getting them to charge.) #3 I really hated the bright lights on the charger. I had it in my bedroom and had to keep a towel or something over it because the lights made my room too bright. But honestly, they are really good hearing aids for the price! And if you do any traveling to foreign countries, they would be great for translation.
