B00S36DU5A, NEW. 5-packs of 8 filters. Phonak Cerustop Wax guard for Phonak receiver-in-canal and custom hearing aids using the Cerustop or WaxTrap systems. Please note that this is the new WaxTrap2 system. They are fully interchangeable with the older WaxTrap filters. The removal stick is now threaded which makes removal easier. To remove the old wax guard, insert the threaded end in the opening of the wax guard, twist and pull out the old guard. To insert the new filter, flip the tool and insert the new wax guard.

Review: I ordered a 5-pack Phonak CERUSTOP filter for $11.86, plus shipping. I GAMBLED on this site as there were 3944 reviews, most showing compatibility with Phonak (although none mentioned model Audeo L70-R). It showed Brand: Hearing Aid Supply Shop.Product delivered: Label shows “5 Packs Phonak CERUSTOP Filters New X001IJS9ZB”. Grey packs were wrapped in cellophane; the packs are slightly different (with a swirl arrow on one side and 05 in a triangle on the other side) than the one from my audiologist (with a swirl arrow on one side and an A on the other side.Good news: the product fit my Phonak Audeo L70-R.Amazon asked me to review the purchase from CASTLE HEARING. There was no mention of CASTLE HEARING on the page I ordered. Besides, CASTLE HEARING is in the UK. I have no idea of an association between CASTLE HEARING and Hearing Aid Supply Shop.Good luck in buying what seems to be an unnecessarily overcomplicated purchase as there seems to be a lot of look-alike fake CERUSTOP products on the market.

Title: Wrong size
Review: I was not aware that these hearing aid things come in different sizes. These proved to be too small and the part that stays with the hearing aid was always falling off and sometimes staying in my husband’s ear-which certainly didn’t help the situation any. The clue to the correct sizing is in the color of the case. White are miniscule. My husband needed the blue case size, which we fortunately get through the VA at no cost to us.
