The yellow ones have no extra bump to them, being just small flat yellow dots. The white ones are a square bump and the red and black ones are a circle bump. I believe as for using as bumper pads, you can get better value for your money by purchasing multi-packs of clear bumpers. I would reserve these for marking items/buttons/switches/etc. for low vision assistance.
