Title: BEST SOLUTION FOR ME
Review: I have only had these amplifiers a few weeks. I got them after having a very extensive test by Miracle Ear, whom I highly recommend. My hearing loss is mild to moderate, and I have difficulty with TV and people talking in noisy environments. I cannot afford thousands of dollars for hearing aids, and thought of amplification. These are wonderful. It is best to turn completely to low, then to gradually increase the volume until you can hear. Having the volume too loud will cause buzzing. I often use only one bud. I am also learning to turn the tv to the lowest volume I can hear without the aids. Too much wind noise to use in auto, even with the windows closed. I used in one ear in church, and it was wonderful. I could hear people speaking next to me without constantly asking “what.” I use on a needed basis. I open the battery case when not in use (leaving the batteries in place), and close the case the amplifiers are stored in. I have not changed the batteries (A10) since I received the aids. Place the batteries in the case with the round, ringed end down in the holder. Make sure the battery case clicks when closed. These may not be the solution for everyone, but they work for me. Excellent for the price.

Title: NON-REFUNDABLE AND DOESN’T WORK!!
Review: Unboxed the product and the included batteries were dead. So I purchased size10 batteries. The smallest rubber ear cap was still too big for my ear. There was excessive feedback even though I kept twisting and reseating them. The distorted sound it produced is awful. I watched TV and the sound was all garbled. I yanked them off!! I just found this product is NON-REFUNDABLE!! So I’m out the money for the product AND the batteries. I picked this set because it was listed as Buy Again, but it is NOT the same style and doesn’t work the same. I’m out the money. Very disappointed!!

Title: Worth a try
Review: Mediocre sound quality.If the earbud portion of these were of the same quality as the superbly clear $10 earbuds that came with my Samsung phone, they would be phenomenal and surpass the best and most expensive hearing aids in existence. But they’re not.I don’t like them. My hearing is marginal. I can hear/understand as well without them as with them.My mom (92) has and uses $1,000 hearing aids. These are better.She can hear and understand better with these $40 hearing “amplifiers” than she can with her high dollar hearing aids.So far, the best hearing assistance I’ve found is a $10 over-the-neck Radio Shack hearing amplifier box (looks like a little old-fashioned transistor radio), and some excellent $20-30 ear buds. Better, by a long shot, than any hearing aids in existence. But the setup is unwieldy and inconvenient.These could be just as good, if the manufacturer would bother. I would even be glad to pay $100 for the set, which would allow high profit and high quality.NewEAR, are you listening???You could make a TON of money, truly help the hearing impaired, and put all the scandalous hearing aid companies out of business!

Title: Smaller than others, and alot cheaper
Review: Bought for my mother, I also have bought others that were 4 times as much. These were more comfortable and fit better in her ears..when I speak, people who wear hearing aids can’t hear me, I have a high pitched little kid voice, so they are always turning them down, because of hissing or background noise or something. She says these don’t do that..she is hard hearing in one ear, so these are perfect because she said you can only wear one.

Title: Was looking forward to this order
Review: This finally arrived yesterday late afternoon. I had been waiting and waiting. The first one that shipped must have fallen out of the opened envelope. These are a little tricky to set up but once you get it done they are amazing. My husband kept laughing at me because these were so check and he said that they would work. Well, they work great for my needs. I take them out and open the battery compartment at bedtime. I had to go around the house today and turn the volume down on a bunch of things. I can’t believe how well they work. In fact I am hearing so much better that all of the extra sounds are kind of bugging me. But that’s okay! The little sticks with a hard white plastic end on them are to control the volume button which is very tiny. The directions aren’t clear at all for the set up of these. Tabs come off of the battery before sticking them in. The battery’s are not in the aids when you receive them but they are included. Good luck

Title: Not what I was hoping for.
Review: Amplifies EVERYTHING… no noise reduction.When I’m at my work desk, my computer’s fan sounds like a jet, drowning out everything else.Also… no matter what the directions say, there’s no way to avoid the feedback when putting them in your ears. Just gotta do it fast, and get it over with. They say to keep the volume low, and then turn it up… but if you can adjust that little knob after it’s in your ear, you’re a better human than me.If I had to do over again… I would look for a better option.

Title: Waste of money
Review: What a waste of money. I have hearing aids but wanted a back up just in case I lost or damaged them while traveling (which did happen). These things screeched, hummed, and were just about totally useless. The volume wheel is almost impossible to turn and adjust. And, they didn’t fit well at all. I got them because they are presented as being extra small, since I am a small woman, and they in no way fit into my ear. They kept falling out. And the batteries last for just hours. A throw away.

Review: Per il loro prezzo non ci si aspetta chissà quali prestazioni. Ma qui siamo sotto la soglia del minimo accettabile.. ho aspettato settimane per recensire. Nelle istruzioni c’era scritto che bisognava abituarcisi.. il problema è che proprio non funzionano, fischiano a qualsiasi livello di volume le si mettano.. e dopo poco tempo una già non funzionava più.

Review: Quien busque una solucion a una sordera, aunque sea pequeña, este no es un producto adecuado. Si aumenta los ruidos y los pitidos en el oido, ademas de escucharte a ti mismo en sobre volumen y eco. Pero sobre todo la pestaña que recoge la pila, es muy incomoda en el ajuste al oido, incluso hace daño. Lo unico ilusorio es el precio. NO ES RECOMENDABLE EN NINGUN CASO Y SI NO ESTAS CONFORME NO LO PUEDES DEVOLVER. Asi que mejor otras alternativas y seguir tirando dinero si no sirven.Al final me atendieron y ni me lo recogieron, si me devolvieron mi dinero GRACIAS
