Title: Great headphones all the way around
Review: I purchased these for an overseas trip to Asia, and they were great. They paired quickly and easily with my iPhone and the jet’s speaker Jack. They really helped to cancel out the engine noise that usually keeps me awake. With the possible exception of my neck pillow, this is the best investment I have ever made to ensure a comfortable trip.There are more expensive headphones, but I don’t know how they could be any better than these.

Review: The Avantalk Eon headphones are made to work with several accessories. This package includes the accessories you need for use with aircraft entertainment systems.The headphones themselves are basic in operation. They have an active noise cancelling, with transparency and normal modes as well. Transparency mode definitely passes through ambient sound. I don’t find the active noise cancelling to be so very much better than normal mode. But the earcups alone provide pretty good isolation. There is no app for equalization settings, just a button that allows you to choose balanced or bass-boosted sound. I think the sound is pretty good, but not audiophile-quality.Where these headphones shine is in their ability to be maintained and work with numerous accessories. Ear cups, head band, and battery are all user-replaceable. In this package, along with the headphones, you get a bluetooth transmitter, audio cable and dual adapter, charging cable, and case. So you can use the headphones either with the cable or via bluetooth on pretty much any aircraft entertainment system. Other available accessories (not included here) include a detachable boom mic and a charging stand.If you want good sound quality in-flight, simple operation, and you like being able to maintain, rather than replace, this set is a good choice.

Review: If you want really comfortable, well built headphones, with good sound and great connectivity then consider these.I like these headphones, a lot. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks now. I really want a Bluetooth alternative for my wired headphones and office headset. As I already use high end wired Bose headphones and Sony buds, how do these compare. In short, just OK for sound, but great for everything else.The headphones are extremely comfortable. Bluetooth works very well. Sound quality is good for modestly priced headphones but my current Bose/Sony headphones/buds are better. Alternating the Blue Nile between headphones shows that these headphones struggle maintaining clarity, however, I only notice this because I’m comparing against much more expensive alternatives. Noise cancelling has two levels, weak and modest. Not great, but dulls the office and I expect works better against aircraft drone (not tried yet). Internal microphone terrible. Need the boom mic (available as extra).I travel with work and use the aisle seat. I don’t like using my buds on the aircraft in case I loose them, so I use my wired headset – which I keep having to reconnect as I let passengers past. I’ve not tried the adapter yet, but I think its a great idea.Pros:1. Good sound and sound stage2. Excellent travel case3. Very comfortable for long periods4. Internal Bluetooth connects and switches between devices seamlessly5. Aircraft adapter – excellent idea – although not tried yet6. Spares available from manufacturer7. Long battery life8. Review: Le casque fournit un son acceptable (pour une écoute orientée Rock/metal principalement) mais je regrette quand même mon achat.-Il est très inconfortable. Il englobe très bien l’oreille certes (pratique pour ceux qui ont des piercings aux oreilles), mais il appuie beaucoup trop sur les côtés de la tête et vous fera mal aux tempes très vite. De plus, il ne conviendra pas du tout aux petites têtes et glissera sans cesse.-La charge ne monte jamais à + de 30% ! J’ai tout essayé : le câble fournit avec, une prise adaptée, d’autres chargeurs mais rien à faire. Il est donc constamment à 30% maximum et donc inutilisable puisqu’il vous indiquera “battery low” très régulièrement lors de votre écoute!-En appuyant simplement sur les côtés du casque, il m’est arrivé d’entendre la musique.. grésiller!Une qualité médiocre à fuir. Je ne voulais pas mettre plus de 150€ dans un nouveau casque mais je regrette cet achat et j’aurais dû mettre un prix plus elevé dans un autre!
