Title: Don’t waste your money
Review: Very little sound amplification and white noise in the background. I bought them for my husband and he said they don’t help so I tried them in my ears and my daughter tried them, same for us very little sound amplification and a lot of white noise in the background.

Title: Hissssssss
Review: These constantly hiss, I couldn’t hear anything over the hissing. I tried all the volume levels to see if it would change but it didn’t. It’s too bad because I really needed these for my 86 year old Mom. Back to searching for affordable hearing aids.

Title: They are not hearing aids they are amplifiers.
Review: I noticed no difference in my hearing when using these amplifiers. Also as you increase the volume, on each of the 5 volume levels there is more static. I don’t think static makes you hear better. Also there is very little if any discernable difference in the 5 volume levels except for the increase in static. If you have hearing issues I would spend the extra money and get actual hearing aids. Unfortunately I am past the window of return so I guess I’ll have to keep them. I don’t understand how these got so many 5 star reviews.
