Title: Good for a Kindle Paperwhite E-Reader
Review: I like using my Kindle Paperwhite E-Reader in the bathtub and I use it to read when I go waterwalking in the pool. My previous waterproof pouch, that I had had for years, recently tore so I needed a new one. The one I had was no longer available for sale. I purchased a different one from this but it was HUGE – and better suited for an actual tablet than a smaller e-reader. This pouch is the perfect size for my Kindle. I had not realized exactly what the whiteboard back wsa like until I received it – it is like it has a solid foamcore piece at the back, though it does not run the length of the pouch so if you are using this with a small tablet or phone, you can position it so that the rear camera may be used. At first I wasn’t sure if I would like having it but now I don’t really notice it, though I’ve not completely submerged the pouch with my Kindle to see if it will float. I like the closing mechanism. Once you have your item(s) in the pouch, you have to seal it twice and then fold over the length between the two seals and seal it again between some velcro. I think that will be enough to keep it sealed, barring no other breaches in other areas of the pouch. I’ve not had any problems advancing my kindle pages (touch screen advancement) but I have also not tried using a phone or small tablet in this to see if there are issues with touchscreen use with this pouch. While I don’t use the strap when I use this in a tub, I do use it when I am in a pool so take the strap on and off. The loop holes where the strap goes are not particularly sturdy and the reason I gave this rating as four stars rather than five. I don’t think they will hold up over the long run but it does remain to be seen. I also feel the strap is a bit too wide but that is a personal preference. Overall, I recommend this pouch for keeping something such as a kindle e-reader safe from water.

Title: Perfect to keep devices dry around the pool
Review: I love to swim meaning summers are my favorite times. But, I also like to read my kindle, or manipulate my phone while in the water. These cases work so well that even when I accidentally drop it in the water, they’re easily retrieved and my devices safe.I recommend them.

Review: I am not using this to go in water… while it mentions such uses, I got this for protecting my kindle when reading near an indoor heated pool/jacuzzi that creates a lot of condensation on the ceiling that tends to drip down on all the lounge chairs where I sit after soaking.My initial impression is I like it… it closes with two industrial size (as opposed to sandwich bag size) ziplock closures, then you roll that down, and velcro a layer of the plastic over it. So water is not going to simply drop down through the top and roll in.As for how water tight it is… I haven’t tested that or experimented with it to that degree, so I can’t say, but this is flexible enough I’m not worried about it drying out and cracking on my first 7 day trip, which has happened to me with other products made of similar plastic.Without having given it much use… my initial reaction is I’m glad I picked this up, and can’t wait to use it on my trip.

Review: I wanted a waterproof case for my Kobo Clara HD e-reader and ordered this on a Black Friday deal. I am so impressed with the quality of the product and have done a water test in the sink. With the very strong double zip locks, spaced one above the other no water is passing through them when closed. It would have to be a fault in the case itself to leak. Very easy to operate the e-reader once in the protective case. I’ll be a happy camper on my floatie in the pool in Mexico knowing my reader is secure. Nice, long, adjustable neck strap is handy. There is a “pouch” sitting behind the e-reader that will hold my iPhone as a bonus. Very happy with purchase.
