Title: Filter is too small or tool is too big
Review: When I finally tried these and opened the package the filter holder tool removed the one in my hearing aid, but the new one would not stay in the aid and come off the holder. I tried one from all cards, checked to confirm these were not on the wrong end of the tool and even tried removing them and sliding them back on as little as possible and they still would not go on the aid. It had just been rebuilt so I found another card of same that were another brand and it worked on the first try. That leads me to believe they are few thousandths off in size.
