Title: Changed my life for the better!
Review: Great battery life. Was not able to get it to play music off my memory cards. I love how it comes with a charging dock! It is able to be charged with usb-c as well. Very loud speaker and perfect screen size! Call quality is great! Feels good in the hands . I’m able to be much more productive! No more doom scrolling! This phone really changed my life! I recommend this to anyone who thinks a smartphone takes away too much time! The color looks great and it’s so easy to become used to this phone. Great conversation starter too ! The only negative is that my screen is scratched really badly already. Beware!

Review: Este celular realmente me encantó para mi mamá, fácil de manipular gracias a sus teclas grandes lo que le permite marcar los numeros con facilidad . El tamaño es ideal y tiene un peso ligero . Además es un teléfono desbloqueado y compatible con varios operadores lo que me facilitará buscar un plan económico para ella. Algo que nos gustó mucho fue la base para colocarlo mientras no lo esté usando, y cargarlo desde ahí, lo que hará que siempre el teléfono se mantenga con carga suficiente. Yo le chequee el volumen y es bastante alto, además de navegar en todas sus funciones y realmente no es un teléfono nada complicado , tiene una tecnología muy simple y adaptable para personas de edad mayor. Yo lo recomiendo!

Title: Feels a bit cheap compared to my other flip-phone version from this same company.
Review: I’ve been using another phone from this company, the ‘flip phone’ version, for about 6 months now. This phone here is bigger but it weighs less than my flip phone version, and it feels a bit cheap. On a positive note, I was able to put my Tello SIM card into it and it activated within about 5 seconds, so that was nice.The phone is bigger than the flip phone, and the buttons are bigger, so for some people this phone might be a decent option, it’s just that it feels a bit cheap and I’m worried that a drop would break it. For the current $60 price it’s probably about as good as you can get for a cheap ‘Dumb Phone’, but I prefer the flip phone version as it is heavier and tougher and fits into my pocket better.Another complaint I have is that this phone, just like my other one, allows you to take pictures but there doesn’t seem to be a way to actually transfer those pictures anywhere, so they just live on the phone. I tried to see if I could send them somewhere like with an email and I also tried to plug a USB cable into the phone from my computer and it wasn’t able to open up any folder on the phone to get to the pictures to copy over… My flip phone is the same way, so I don’t really know what the point of taking pictures would be if they can only be viewed on the phone…Because of the ‘cheapness’ of the phone, the issue with the pictures, and also because the way you have to open the phone up to put the SIM card and battery in is VERY annoying, I had to go with just 3 Stars. (The case opens up and you’re supposed to use your fingernails to do it, as shown in their instructions, but I was unable to do that because I don’t have long fingernails and the hole is so small so I am forced to use some sort of ‘tool’ like part of my fingernail clippers, and just like on my other Artphone it inevitably makes a mark/scratch on the phone when doing so. This also annoys me! Oh, another complaint I’d mention is that the phone doesn’t sit into the charging base very tightly and one small nudge and it almost falls out–my flip phone version of this Artphone sits in the charging base better. The phone, along with the instructions and software, are obviously made in another non-English speaking country and could be improved…For example, when I unplug the phone from the charger it says on the screen: “Charger is pluged out.” (Plugged spelled exactly like I put it…)

Title: Easy to use, durable phone but service can drop
Review: If you don’t need a computer in your pocket, this phone is actually pretty great, especially for the price. It’s simple, easy to use, and tough. I’ve dropped it on concrete a few times and the screen didn’t crack, although it does scratch pretty easily. I really like the size and how it feels in the hand.This is not a smartphone replacement. Writing text messages is a pain, the camera is terrible, and it’s really only good for calls and basic texts. But that’s fine, because this phone is meant for someone who just wants a phone. The volume gets loud enough that it feels like it’s on speaker, it charges quick enough with USB C, and it even has a headphone jack. You can charge it on the dock it comes with or plug it in directly, which is convenient. There’s also a flashlight button on the right side that comes in handy. On standby the battery can last weeks, although with regular use it drains faster than I’d like.The biggest issue is service. On T Mobile it randomly loses signal and I have to restart it to get calls and texts to come through. This usually occurs after 2 or 3 days of not using the phone. It didn’t work at all with Xfinity, which makes sense since Xfinity uses Verizon’s network. The strange part is that it actually worked with a Verizon SIM, and while it still had some problems, it wasn’t as bad as with T Mobile. Missing calls is by far the most frustrating part.Overall I’d give it 3.5 out of 5. For calls, simplicity, and durability, it’s a solid little phone. But if you need apps, email, or a decent camera, this isn’t the phone for you.

Review: J’ai commandé ce téléphone pour ma grand mère de 98 ans qui ne peut pas avoir de ligne fixe en raison de l’incapacité volontaire d’Orange à ouvrir de nouvelles lignes hors fibre sachant que l’HEPAD dans lequel se trouve ma grand mère n’est pas raccordé au réseau fibré.J’ai cherché partout et après 2 essais de téléphones trop complexes, celui ci lui convient très bien malgré quelques difficultés avec la touche latérale de volume sonore qu’il a fallu scotcher pour éviter quelle appuie dessus par inadvertance.C’est un mobile simple et pensé pour une utilisation standard (appeler et recevoir des appels). Le vrai plus c’est l’aspect sonore, les chiffres des touches sont énoncés lorsqu’on appuie dessus ce qui évite les doutes si la vue de l’utilisateur est mauvaise
