Review: At the price I got it for, this set is reasonably priced for five loop bands. The quality feels acceptable for entry level use, the synthetic rubber with clearly marked resistance levels and a compact pouch. The most important features are the five graded bands, roughly between 5 to 40 lbs in range, portability, and versatility for squats, glute work, stretching, and light strength training. They don’t tend to roll or snap under normal use and suit beginners or rehab routines. For heavier training, the upper bands may still feel modest, but for everyday mobility and light workouts, they do the job. I have only had these for short time but they are fit for my use.
