Title: Great idea, lousy implementation
Review: I got this item as a mother’s day gift this year. Holder was great to start with but cracks started appearing at the plastic base within 3 months, and just snapped a couple of days ago. It’s been a little over 6 months so I couldn’t return it to the seller, so I contacted Amazon and they were kind enough to give me refund since it was past the point of return. I was asked to send the broken holder back so I did. Today I found out I had to pay a $10 restocking fee because it was not in the original condition. Of course it wasn’t – I used it everyday as advertised. Talk about adding insu!t to injury! I’m pretty surprised about this restocking fee, especially if it came from the seller. Don’t bother buying from this seller.

Title: Broke after 7 months
Review: I did not handle it roughly. I only used it in bed. The upper extension arm completely broke off. Cheap plastic. Maybe 3D printed. I want something that will last longer than 7 months of once a day use. I never used it roughly and it was never dropped. It was nice as far as functionality until it broke.

Ich lese damit meistens mit meinem Kindl, es hat außerdem auch noch Stauraum im Kissen, und man kann das Plastik rausholen, damit man es waschen kann (PS man kann es auch einfach als Reisekissen mitnehmen, ist sehr bequem :)Ich bin auch schon ohne Probleme durch die Flugkontrolle damit gegangen.
