Title: there are ups and downs 6/10 in sound clarity on big bass sounds music but 10/10 in customer support
Review: I was taken care of with these so honestly I cannot give less than 5/5 what amazing customer service above and beyond.I really regret buying these earbuds, they stay on, others can hear you, but it just sounds like I am underwater listening to anything, as if some kid pushed all equalizer settings with their hand to +10 while playing with the dog in the living room on a home stereo. It’s THAT muffled. They even have a “dolby audio” equalizer extra settings design, 4 settings, and it’s either WOMP MRRRG DDFFFF BBBBF or high tinny ssst hhhht ieeeeaaattt, nothing in between.the charging is cool but there’s nothing on the outside to tell you it’s state, my cheaper smaller earbuds were way better than this. yes it was harder to hear for others when I rode my bicycle in the wind, or they wanted to fall out when I took a winter mask off, but these are just so hard to hear anything.The sound quality to hear is bad.

Review: Excellent quality head phones for the price tag! Comes with charging cord and replacement ear buds that are alternate sizes for desired comfort. Great sound quality, and long lasting battery life. Highly recommend!

Title: Happy with OFNEX X19
Review: OFNEX X19 fits secure and comfortable and sounds good. The Active Noise Canceling could be a little better, but it suffices. The earphones charge lasts a long time so I can finish whatever I’m doing with music in my ear. You get a good product for a good price.

Title: Not sure what is going on
Review: Not sure what’s going on. Initially, the earbuds paired with the TV. But, the mouths of people didn’t quite match the sound in the earbud. Took them out, put them in the case but the sound didn’t come back on the TV. Turned TV off/ back on to get the TV sound. Put earbuds back in ear but no sound. Tried to pair again, but they wouldn’t pair. This is a Samsung smart TV about 6mos old. These are for my husband who is hard of hearing. I guess we will try again tomorrow.
