Review: The meter turns on. And connected to the app. It then will not take a blood sample. The meter just dissent work. I thought it should at the least do what it’s supposed to do.

Title: Good reliable meter
Review: I use Agamatrix meters and strips simply because it is the second most accurate meter as tested by the Diabetes Technology Society (Contour Next one is the most accurate but costs a bit more). I rarely had any problems. If I did tech support was quick to reply. Note this is the same exact meter once sold by Amazon under the choice brand and the same meter sold by One Drop. The meter is easy to use and the display is easy to read. The lancing device is not as robust as others but it has a design that moves truly perpendicular to the skin which reduces lancing pain ( hey I’m an engineer I think about these things). This is my go to meter to check my CGM when indicated. It is also the meter I use when a CGM sensor fails. Bottom line accurate, easy to use, and great support should you need it.

Title: Mixed results here folks
Review: Pros: The meter performs well. Accurate and fast.Cons: The lancing device is so cheaply made that it’s unusableRegarding the meter, I’ve seen other reviews reporting poor accuracy. So, a caveat. It could be that the meter’s accuracy is non-linear. Meaning: my normal range is 70-100 and it’s possible that the meter is accurate in my range but not in significantly higher ranges.Regarding bluetooth functionality I haven’t tested that because I don’t need it. I’m only using this meter to spot check. When I want well functioning automated data acquisition I use a CGM.In any case, the meter is a winner for me. I threw away the cheap lancing device that came with this device (it practically fell apart when I picked it up) and I just use a different brand. Not a problem for me YMMV
