Title: Nice phone for a low price
Review: I use this for work. It’s nice to have a mute button and SPECIFICALLY a mute light to let me know for sure that I am muted. I don’t really require the display, but it lights up when it rings and someone is on the line, which is handy.Only used for about 3 weeks, but I can hear really well and the headset is comfortable and doesn’t squeeze my head.If you are working from home, this is a nice, affordable option to get you started.

Title: Fabulous!!
Review: I work from home doing call-center type customer service. I previously had a Plantronics T10 that served me for a few years (and still works) but I was never 100% satisfied with the call quality. This phone has beautiful, crystal clear sound and customers seem to have no problem clearly understanding me even with a fan on in the background. There is no constant low hum like there was with the T10 even with it on my desk next to other electronics. The headset is very comfortable with a generously sized earpad which is an improvement over the T10 as well which I found too small to me comfortable for 10 hour shifts. So far I am delighted with this phone and would highly recommend it to anyone in a remote call center type line of work.

Title: Cheap But Effective
Review: I needed a dial-pad phone to replace my Plantronics dial-pad that has seen to many years. However, I have my own Plantronics wireless headset, so I just needed the dial-pad. One key feature that I wanted was Caller ID (my Plantronics dial-pad did not have that, and some times I want to dodge calls). The phone dials well and the sound quality (through my headset) is good. Those were the most important things (even got rid of a hiss I had with the Plantonics dial-pad that I did not realize I had). However, there is only one ring tone and it is probably not the one I would choose if I had any other choice (tinny, cheap electronics sound). No batteries are needed for the display (which is nice), but the date keeps getting lost and stuck in 2009. None of that is really a big deal to me, especially at the price. Why I took one star from the review is because the mute button does not work — it looks like it is working but it does not actually mute. I have a workaround, but that is pretty key. I am not sure that I want to hassle sending it back and hope another performs better — this works well for the most important things I need.

Title: Worked great…for 6 weeks
Review: Update – This morning I got a most unexpected email from Amazon customer service where they sympathized and apologized for the problems with the telephone. They even offered to “Make it right”, after all this time wasn’t expected at all. They offered a refund and a promise to engage the manufacture to see why my phone broke. With Customer Service like this I was compelled to update my post and change the over all rating to 5 stars, because even though it broke, Amazon has come through with flying colors and made it right. Thanks Amazon, a loyal, and unexpectedly happy, customer for life.I am a work from home supporting network computer systems. Meetings are at the heart of my work and I started running over my Cell phone minutes so I setup VoIP from my cable company and setup my telephone it worked great and was very easy to setup.I have used this telephone for only 6 weeks and today when I tried to call into a meeting I found that the telephone was dead. No power. No lights, No dial tone, nothing. I pulled out a very old phone and it worked on the same line, but this one… Dead after 6 weeks. To bad, I liked the fit and feel of the headset and the fact I could put the call on mute and the other side didn’t hear or know that I muted the line while I typed.

Title: Did not last 3 months!
Review: I had it 3 months it worked fine at the beginning but now it is starting to short out on me and that is not okay when I need it for work. It is not out of the return window so i am out of luck, I did order the black version which seems to be a much different model even though it shows in the picture that it’s the same one. The pink/white is bigger and feels more plastic almost like a toy and the black/red one feels more solid and is a smaller unit. The issue I started to have was I was not able to pick up the phone the on button would not pick up and I could not answer calls, it did finally start working again but it would go on and off. The phone was not dropped or anything for this to have been an issue. It was kept on my desk in the same spot since I got it in September, it’s not December. If you get this phone I would recommend getting the black and red not the white and pink big big difference!

Title: Do you have difficulty hearing sometimes? Consider that this has no volume control
Review: I was soooo excited about this headset/phone that I needed to work efficiently from my desk, keeping my hands free. The price is quite less than others and I like the phone base! It is great! It is the headset that I am unhappy with, and even worse, the type of connection that it has to plug in to the base of the phone, is an uncommon connector to try to replace the headset part with another one. It is not a 3mm or USB or standard connection, so I have to replace the entire thing. Unfortunately I cannot return it, because I initially thought it was great and began using it. When you answer calls for a living you have to be able to hear the client on the other end, and this does not allow me to accomplish this with about 25% of my calls! Which affects my level of service provided. If there were a volume slide, or perhaps even a double ear piece it wouldn’t be so bad, but I struggle quite a bit with some calls and that is touch! I wish I had paid better attention to the connector in case I needed to replace the head set for some reason down the road. My clients can hear me and the head set is comfortable! So those are positive parts of the review. Unfortunately, trying to save money and try this company’s unit, will end up costing me much more in the long run.

Review: 以前は卓上電話に回線２股コンセントをつけ、それにヘッドセットを接続し使用していましたが、ヘッドセットの調子が悪くなり、更新のため探している時に、電話機能つき本品をを見つけ、ヘッドセットとほぼ同じ値段で購入できるので購入しました。卓上電話より半分くらいの小型電話器になり、二股コンセントも不要になりすっきりしました。設定も簡単にでき、問題なく使用できていますが、細かいところも設定しようと、購入元に問い合わせたところ、「ご連絡ありがとうございます、nicewealth 担当者の—-です。恐れ入りますがこちらの日本語不足のためお問い合わせ問題を簡単にご質問頂ければ助かります。また、こちら出品している商品は数多いため注文番号のご提出をお願い致します。｣と返事を頂いたのですが、使用に問題がないのと面倒なためやめました。日本で商売するならもうすこしがんばって!電話をしながら、情報をコンピュータに打ち込むことが多いのでとても助かります。設定も簡単、音質問題なし、快適に使用しています。ヘッドセットの値段で電話までついてきて、コストパーフォマンス最高です。とてもよい買物になり満足しています。

Review: 引っ越し後に安い電話機を探していましたがこちらの電話機を購入しました。受話器ではなくて、ヘッドセットで通話を行うタイプで電話がかかってくるたびに耳にセットするのは面倒ですがコールセンターの受付みたいで気に入っています。このヘッドセットが無線だともっと良かったです。相手の声は、わりとこもりぎみ。ヘッドセット自体を別途ヘッドセットへ取り付け変更とかできたらさらに良かったです。ただまぁ全体的にみても、コスパが良くて満足のいくアイテムでした。
