Review: After my old cordless headset phone died, I needed to find a replacement. Because they seem to be somewhat of an anomaly anymore, I decided to go with this affordable option.This phone works well and the double headphone does cancel out noise. Also the head set is adjustable, which is always a concern for those of us with larger heads. lol It has a different kind of cord connection so you must use the headset that comes with it.It DOES NOT NEED A POWER SUPPLY because it works from the phone line. I am using a magic jack adapter through a modem, and it worked fine through that as well.A couple of things that would make it better.1. A wireless cradle so that I don’t have to run a 50ft cord through 2 rooms to use it.2. Alternative ring tone options, the ring tone is very high and chirpy.3. AM/PM time display – military time is the only option.Overall a good option for remote phone workers who need a hands free option.*note – if set to auto mode the phone picks up without ringing – change to manual mode to pick up/answer call when ready.

Title: Best hands free wired phone I’ve ever had
Review: This is the neatest phone for everyday use next to a computer. Having the headset makes it easy to hear the caller while leaving hands free to type or take notes. If you have caller ID it displays the number being called, and if you miss a call, the latest call remains on the display until you use the phone. The timer lets you know how long you have been on the phone. The drawback is that it does not count beyond 59 minutes, though my phone conversations do not usually last that long.

Title: The headset is VERY uncomfortable!
Review: When I first got this dialpad, I was excited to have it because I needed it for work. I was hoping that when it stated “Over the ear headset” it would actually be over the ear, like my usb headset. When I first called AGPTek, I was told that if I ordered a USB to RJ9 adapter that I would be able to use my USB headset. So, I purchased said adapter and when I received it today, I was even more excited. Then I got unhappy very quickly. When I plugged the adapter into the dialpad and plugged in my USB headset, I hit the on/off button. No dial tone. So, I called AGPTek, and was told that it would NOT work with a USB adapter. Sooooo, here I sit with an uncomfortable headset and an unusable adapter that I have to use every day for more than four hours a day! What u am going to end up doing is purchasing a phone that I can use the adapter with so I can at least have a comfortable headset!

Review: This phone sounds great and the headphones are adjustable. There are a lot of buttons on this phone. However, I have no idea what most of them do. The manual does not detail the usage of the buttons very well. The manual is very skimpy on instructions. It also forgets the date frequently and I have to code in the date again. I don’t know if if forgets because the phone loses power from the phone company or what but it is a pain if you want the correct date displayed. One thing I don’t like is that the buttons are made from a rubbery material like you find on a remote control. I would prefer the old school hard plastic buttons much better.

Review: Great phone – we’ve had it for a few weeks now and the sound quality is great. Worked first time in our BT socket but I did follow the advice of another reviewer and bought an RJ11 to BT male 2 pin crossover lead (the crossover bit is important 🙂 ) which I got for £1.39 so all together this is a great value item.
