Title: Works great
Review: Easy to set up and use. No issues connecting. Perfect size and portable. Volume gets nice and loud. Mike picks up everything even if far-ish away. Purchased to enhance my Bible study bc we often have 1-2 people who can’t make it in person and want to join remote and just a phone on speaker or FaceTime was nottt cutting it for group discussion with people sitting all over a living room. This has been a high-quality and good value solution!

Title: Easy to use and setup!
Review: This speaker/mic is awesome. Crystal clear sound from the speaker itself. As far as the mic everyone says they can hear me great. Its small and very compact I can take it anywhere with me which is very nice. Completely plug and play and that makes setup a breeze. Works great with Microsoft teams and Pandora!worth every penny!

Title: Great for webex calls
Review: I work in a job where I frequently conduct meetings that include in person encounters with a note taker via Webex. This speaker provides a great method for my note taker to hear the conversation clearly. It is super easy to use and provides an audible confirmation that the device is connected. The buttons controlling the volume are visible and easy to use. I’ve had my little unit rattling around in my backpack (in the included case) and it is very sturdy and durable. The unit itself is deceptively tiny – the sound is big! And it looks great – not cheaply made with clear markings, and a nice neutral color. This was a great purchase.

Title: Started out great then crashed and burned with no help from manufacturer
Review: On July 17, 2024, I bought an AIRHUG Conference Speaker and Microphone through The AirHug Store on Amazon.It worked GREAT, exactly as I hoped, for several months. Used it with Zoom for numerous monthly Board meetings, some in large halls with up to 20 participants in the room. Clarity, volume level and ability to pick up voices across the room was excellent.Starting in January 2025, it started acting up. Either would not sync or would constantly recycle between On/Off.Submitted two separate Technical Support inquiries over a couple of months using the manufacturer’s website. Never received any response.In March 2025, it quit working completely. Dead. Submitted a Warranty Request. Again, no response.I really liked the product and would have given it a 5 Star review, even with the problems, if only the manufacturer had been responsive and made good on their warranty. A stated warranty is useless if the manufacturer fails to respond when you use their own means for processing.

Title: Not bad but not what I expected
Review: This product was smaller than I expected. That said, I really didn’t pay attention to the dimensions of the product. Advertise as a conference speaker for a room I expected something a bit bigger and louder. I’m using it for MS Teams meetings so I don’t have to use my headphones and maybe not hear complaints that people can’t hear me when using the PC mic. So far everyone says I sound good. But the speaker volume is to the max and if I was in an open room I don’t think it would be a good enough. It is working for my needs but it didn’t meet my expectations. If the volume was a bit higher then I would say that the speaker would be perfect.Update ** I returned the speaker because after been on a conference where I’m the presenter for a few minutes, I would get complaints that my voice would sound robotic and I had to switch back to the PC mic or use the headphones. **

Title: Great speakerphone for computer or phone!!
Review: When my company upgraded my computer to Win 11, somehow my microphone stopped working, assuming drivers, and since I spend 3/4 of my time on teams call, i needed a solution. This AirHug speaker/mic has been great. It is small enough where i can bring it with me, loud enough where I can use it in a conference room as the speaker for the room, and the mic picks up everyone, but not a lot of the background noise (or at least no one has complained). It comes with a travel case, which also holds a charging/usb-C cable which can also connect it to your computer. It works just as well over the cable as with bluetooth for calls on my phone and teams on my PC. Getting it to work with the computer required ZERO setup, just plugged it in and it was recognized as a microphone/speaker and bluetooth with my phone took less than a minute. I had chosen this one because it was one of the more inexpensive speaker phones that could connect via usb and bluetooth, but I am super happy with the purchase!

Title: Great for On the Go Conference Calls
Review: I travel for work and often have to take conference calls in random hotel areas or end up in rooms with no conference abilities. I bought this and have been very pleased. The microphone is good quality and picks up everyone’s voices clearly, the sound is crisp and clear, and having the option of Bluetooth or USB makes is a breeze to set up and use.The nice carrying case is a plus and can last several hours in a single battery charge. Very good price and value.

Title: Great for small conference and general speaker usage.
Review: For the price it works good as a mobile conference speaker. I use if for my PC speaker, then if I have a meeting with numerous people in person and some virtual, ill switch it over to speaker/phone usage without any configuration changes needed. Its always ready to use both mic and speaker, comes with a case and charger. Would buy again! I have 5 of them around the office for use.

Review: Audio is a bit low. As we r using it in a noisy place, even with full volume, it is still bit low, but ok. We a r eusing usb connectivity, many times it needs a reset (unplug and replug) to use the connection. It connects quickly though.Overall good, bit expensive.
