Title: No leaks or odor. A must have
Review: Honest review. I really like this product. I recently had a c section and this product was very gentle on my scar. No pain when wearing. Very discreet under your clothes. Very absorbent. And holds in odors. I am a size 16 jeans. And i ordered a size L. I will be going up a size XL 20-26. Being swollen and wanting not to fit so snug. But great for postpartum. No leaks. All pants and bed sheets will be protected.

Title: Not true to size and no clear front or back indicated.
Review: Don’t buy unless you can determine what part of the brief is the front and which is the back. They don’t fit properly either, I usually wear a XL but in these I think I need an XXL. Because I can’t pull them up my legs and then they are so tight that they are extremely uncomfortable to wear. I spent $50.00 to not be able to wear them. I’m going to try to get my money back on the 2 packs that aren’t opened. We will see how that goes.

Title: Order a size up!
Review: Sizing is off. I am a size 14/16 and these are too small. I just got home from the hospital and they barely fit and I had to force them on. Luckily I have a friend who is a little smaller than me who will need them. I’ll be ordering a size up. They have good quality and will work well once I have the right size. Putting on the small size I can tell they are durable. Easy to use, slide them on. If you wanted to double up- I recommend getting pads without wings so they sit inside to prevent any leakage.

Title: 10/10 for postpartum
Review: My wife ordered these for postpartum after she had our daughter back in 2022 and ordered them again when we had our son 2025 as they were much more comfortable and fitting compared to what the hospital provides. She said they worked very well for her, leaving her feeling more secure about what she was wearing as they protected well with no leaking and they held up very well. They were very comfortable for her and she could sleep throughout the night. The black color made her feel more natural and not like she was wearing a “diaper”.

Title: Size Not Sizing As Labeled
Review: For comfort in wearing the size is misleading. I can wear a 16-18 and these fit so tight. When I roll over at night it pinches my hip and feels like it’s tearing into my skin. From now on I will buy the XL size. These are similar to the Zzz underwear for periods with the same scent. I had to slightly tear the bottom of the side seams to relieve that pinch feeling. So far holds to the leakage protection.

Title: Great Product But You Might Want to Size Up!
Review: Definitely the best overnight pads/panties I have tried. They absorb very well, I haven’t experienced any leaks, but they do run small. I wear a size 20 so got the XL size which is supposed to fit 20-26, they fit me fine and would probably stretch to fit a 22 OK, but if you wear a 24 or 26 you probably should size up. As other reviewers have said, there is no indication as to which is the front and which is the back but I don’t think that makes a difference because of the way they are constructed. The only thing I don’t care for is the smell (dye, I think), I smell it when I’m putting them on but once they are under my regular underwear I don’t smell it so it’s not a big problem.

Title: Waste of money.
Review: So disappointed with this purchase. These things are expensive and I’m pissed off that I wasted money on these because they are not sized according to what the package says. They absolutely do not fit a woman who is a size 26 or near 300lbs. If you’re a true 26 or 300lbs, these are not for you!!

Title: Life-Saver for Both Postpartum & MS-related Incontinence
Review: As someone managing multiple sclerosis, urinary incontinence can be an unexpected challenge. These Always Discreet Overnight Underwear have been an absolute game-changer. I initially purchased them for light bladder leaks, but was amazed at how well they also handled heavier flow during my period. Not once did I experience leakage, even overnight. The comfort is unmatched. No awkward bunching or digging in, and the material is soft enough to forget you’re even wearing them. The XL size fits true to size with a snug yet breathable fit, and the discreet design helps me feel confident whether I’m at home or out running errands. These have truly exceeded my expectations, especially for managing both bladder leaks and period flow, something not all products can claim. Highly recommend for anyone postpartum or navigating health conditions like MS. Always nailed it with this one!

Review: Purchased for a relative who suffers from mild to severe incontinence, pending on time of day. She likes them. These are very similar in construction to, and have the same strong woodsy cherry tobacco scent as, their pink 12-hour protection counterpart, but are most definitely MORE ABSORBENT, fit a tad tighter around legs, and have a slightly longer rise. These disposable underwear can be worn day or night under most clothing without being obvious or bulky. Of course, the pad section will become bulky when it encounters enough fluid for the gel to swell-up. If not sitting or putting pressure on the padded section, it can hold about 1 cup or more of fluid for a good 15 minutes or more without leaking down legs or wicking up onto the non-waterproof panty section. (Similar, if not better than, their competitor Tena and Depends Overnight). Heavy night wetters or those with severe incontinence issues will need to line these with some kind of long booster pad. For post-partem and those who only have drips, drabs, or leaks, these undies are great — I tested them out myself to be sure and can honestly say, use these with confidence.A few thoughts…* I think the company should dispense with making the “12-hour” version given that these Night versions are superior in terms of absorbency (the panty material and the pad thickness are virtually identical). They should just make these in black and various skin-tone colours.* The price is too high, especially for those who wear larger sizes and who have to change 5 to 10 or more times per day (Very hard on the budget and a serious financial strain for those with low/fixed incomes — Canada’s healthcare system does not pay for nor subsidize incontinence products).* Amazon should make it easier to find the larger quantity packs when doing a search rather than pushing the 14 unit packages!Lastly, a point about choosing size: I recommend that you go with pant size on the size chart rather than weight. If you’re teetering on the top end of a size group and have larger thighs, go up to the next size for better comfort (Otherwise, you might find yourself getting scissor happy and making alterations). Example: If your pant size is 18-22, the XL size will be more comfortable, less sweat-inducing in hot humid weather, and less prone to wicking urine up your lower back than the size Large. Also, there have been occasions where the whole package of Large size undies, purchased via Amazon, were much smaller than usual for some reason. Hope this helps.

Review: I have tried most brands for overnight use, and this one tops the list. Its absorption capability is unmatched for its price range, and they make a diaper cover almost unnecessary. I say unnecessary because there are limits, and the waterproof cover provides reliable “insurance.” Other brands don’t measure up where leaks around the leg openings are concerned. Once again, I find that Always Discreet works pretty well the same for men as it surely does for women.

Review: This product is outstanding! Unlike all the other brands I’ve tried, which leaked every single night, this one stands out. The border protection is incredibly effective and keeps everything secure. I highly recommend it!
