Title: Great product for the price
Review: What can I say? I am a 56-year-old man foreseeable future will need diapers and pads. The key is the combination of both the diapers with the pads. The diapers are more expensive so you add the pads to the diapers to save money. Change out the pads and you can save the diaper. These pads are fantastic. They hold a lot of Liquid. Very inexpensive but durable! The adhesiveness is not great but really not necessary they work well enough they don’t move. I highly recommend!

Title: Great price point; effective protection; reasonably comfortable but thick; secure fit.
Review: I recently had surgery and needed the use of incontinence pads during recovery. i was somewhat shocked at the price points of many of the available products. The Amazon Basics pads are providing effective protection, stay in place with the sticky backing, are easily removed for disposal, are reasonably comfortable given that they are somewhat thick, and are a great price point. If you are looking for similar pads for more than a brief temporary control, then these provide a great affordable option. So far I have been 100% pleased.My only suggestion is that if your leakage is not so severe then you could consider a product that might be somewhat thinner (if such products exist) for long term comfort These pads are definitely on the thicker side but it was what I needed after my surgery. Fortunately, once these are in place I hardly notice I am wearing them. It all depends on your sensitivity to having a pad in your underwear. Because my needs are very temporary I unfortunately can’t comment beyond what I have described above. After a few weeks I won’t need these pads any longer but I am so relieved to have had them.

Title: Great value – Work great!
Review: I’ve used all the brand names but decided to give these a shot based solely on price. I was surprised how well they do the job. Descent sticking power, a good length and width and pretty good absorption. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is that I always believe anything can be improved. I recommend these highly.

Title: Keep my dry the night thru
Review: Great product; fit nicely into jockey underwear and stay in place with adhesive surface. A year after radiation for prostate cancer, I began to leak at night as I slept. These give me the confidence to sleep in comfort the night thru, should I not get up on time to make it to the bathroom. Keep me dry . recommend

Review: Tight fitting underwear and it can handle 2 medium flows no problem. Swells and wicks away moisture from skin. A little diuretic induced urgency is no problem thanks to these and at minimal cost.

Title: Guards Too Large for Some Men
Review: Before ordering, I didn’t notice the ad said “one size fits most,” and provides “maximum absorbency.” The package itself measures 8” by 8” by 12” and contains 52 items “for men.” These guards will be too large for my frame, and cumbersome to stow extras in a waist pack or coat pocket.I did NOT open the package when it arrived.

Title: Dependable pad for incontinence caused by a prostatectomy
Review: I had a prostatectomy for cancer and now have incontinence at night. The pad works well as it absorbs quickly. This is something I noticed with Depends. If it is a surge of a larger quantity, the Depends will sometimes fail to absorb quick enough to catch it. The Amazon pads are made for 8 hour protection and when I wake up the pad has swelled to capture the leakage. I do not find it uncomfortable but definitely time to change. I do not have much trouble during the day with leakage, just at night.I use boxer shorts and they provide a tight fit. I have a 6 inch package so I install the pad a little lower in the shorts to utilize the absorbent material better. There is a guide on the pad where it should be installed. If you have an accident be sure to change the pad. If all else fails get the Depends underwear.

Review: These men’s guards fit well and do a good job to keep moisture in and away from skin. They are more comfortable than the full underwear type of protection like depends.
