Review: I got this as a replacement for my father when his old phone finally died. As with most things, technology has improved, vastly increasing the quality of the phone. He could barely hear on his older phone and often had to ask me to come over and listen to messages left by people. When we installed this phone I set it at max volume and it nearly blew our heads off, his included! We finally set it at mid-level and he loves it! Wish I had updated him years ago….

Review: Battery compartment cover too hard to get off. (No instructions either.) Broke getting off but company sent replacements. Easy to program but for some reason one phone we connected with a splitter won’t boost volume so it’s still hard to hear with it.

Review: We purchased this phone for my father whom suffers from 80% hearing loss. Even with hearing aids he has difficulty understanding phone conversations. This phone is wonderful for him. He is able to hear and understand when using this phone. It is easy to manipulate; almost too easy if someone wants to try and “improve” it by changing features.I would have given it 5 stars but the shipping time was horrible. It was NOT the sellers but the distributor that was the issue. The seller did contact us multiple times about the shipping but it was approximately 6 weeks before it was delivered. Again not the seller but the distributor that was at fault.

Title: Phone doesn’t work
Review: My wife and I bought this phone for my hard of hearing mother-in-law. The problem with the phone is that the ringer runs off of batteries and that the phone quickly discharges the batteries. When the phone arrived we installed it and after a few days we could no longer contact her. The ringer on her end would not sound so she did not know that she had an incoming call. We thought, hey maybe the batteries that we had were bad so we installed a set or rechargeable batteries that we had. Again after a few days the ringer stopped working. For our final try we charged a set of batteries up to full and installed them. Within two to three days they were discharged again and the ringer on her end would not go off. When we took the batteries out and checked them they had been discharged. Left a one star review because I can’t give zero stars. We did not expect a new phone to have problems so we threw away the packaging and now we can’t even return it.

Title: Sounds a worth a million
Review: Bought this for my 82 year old mother who is hearing impaired and it works so good for her. She can hear very clear with it. It was to the point she would not try to answer the phone or make a call due to her not being able to hear. This product is great.
