Title: Don’t let your hearing be damaged (or your friends’ hearing) – stick a few of these in your pocket.
Review: The cord makes them easy to retrieve and keep them together for using again if desired. The cord is also good to hang around the back of your neck if you need to remove them temporarily to hear someone. Individually sealed plastic packages make it easy for your friends to accept a known fresh pair from you, when they need one at a show or on a construction site. I keep a few in a small coat pocket all the time, since inevitably when I need them I have forgotten to explicitly bring some, and they’re tiny and light.More complicated “professional” earplugs damaged my hearing and gave me tinnitis, when I inadvertently used them without the noise-reduction capsule installed. These have no way to screw them up — just squeeze/roll to insert in your ear, nudge in or out to adjust volume, and they always work.

Title: Purchased for the local Humane Society
Review: The dog room at this facility can be really loud with the dogs barking. These help visitors and staff spend time in the room where the dogs are kept. Unfortunately doesn’t protect the dogs’ hearing. My hope is that visitors are more likely to adopt a dog if they can spend more time meeting the dogs without the deafening sound driving them away.
