Review: We’ve had these phones for only about 1.5 weeks and so far we are very pleased with them. These replaced our old phones which were a different brand but got to the point that the battery wasn’t charging. We like the large display on the phone to check caller ID or the number we’re dialing. We’re in our mid 50’s (me) to early 60’s (hubby), so having the larger display is great. I like that the message indicator, play, and delete buttons are easy to see and use. Though I wasn’t sure we would like having another unit where the phone stands up like this (like the last one), this model seems more stable that our last set. For the price, you couldn’t ask for anything better. We’re moving soon and our new house is a bit more spread out than this one, so we’ll be adding more handsets so we’re not having to run to the phone. Though it does seem that most of the calls we receive on the house phone these days are from annoying telemarketers, so maybe we should save money and not buy additional handsets. lol Overall, this has been a great phone system so far and I highly recommend it.Edit: 11/9/17: we’ve been using this phone system for about 5 months. The only issue we’ve discovered is the volume when using speakerphone. It’s terrible. We can hardly hear the person we’re talking to. So now that’s a major negative.

Title: Solves the robocall problem.
Review: We had been plagued by several annoying robocalls to our landline every day. We were desperate for a solution and this phone is it! It blocks the robocalls before they ring. It takes some close attention to set up because it offers a lot of options for the call screening but the time spent was well worth it.

Review: Debated between this phone and a more expensive but similar Panasonic to replace the old 2.4 gHz Panasonic we have liked and used for over 7 yrs. Despite the old Panasonic being a high quality cordless phone at the time, with “voice enhancer” and a digital answering machine, I found our old phone to be too quiet and the “digital” answering machine was usually too garbled for me to understand without my hearing aids (hearing problem “HP” developing over the years) .The AT&T phone is like a miracle in voice clarity both on the handsets themselves and for the comparatively crystal clear answering machine. We think the ring is more than lound enough and we have ours turned down to an intermediate value. For callers, even with my HP, I have the volume turned down on my unit to either 3 or 4 bars depending on the caller….all the way up is PLENTY loud and clear even with my “bad” ear. The batteries are also amazing compared to our old phone where wife had to swap out phones on typical LONG calls with our distant children; this phone barely challenges the battery even on similar calls.Phone was easy to program and adding 35 numbers to the phone book on Handset 1 took about 25 min. and it automatically synced with the phone book on the other two handsets. So far we haven’t found anything we don’t like about the phone and I will revise review if something unexpected shows up.BEST of ALL, and most important to this review, wife loves the new phones and how they look and operate…………………. and that is a huge recommendation.TIP: If you have a severe hearing problem and think you may need a very loud ring, buy the units with multiple or extra handsets and put one close to where you sit or sleep. We don’t have to do this (yet) and think the ring is plenty loud.

Title: Disappointed
Review: This is a very nice phone, many features that are useful & easy to use.No one bothered to tell me that to be able to use a Bluetooth headset you have to use a cell phone. Using a Bluetooth headset was the ONLY reason I was buying a new phone.I asked an Amazon rep if this was compatible with a Bluetooth headset, YES! It’s not unless you go through a cell phone. He should have told me that.In researching Amazon couldn’t help & sent me to AT&T. Their rep, after holding for a l-o-n-g time while he looked for an answer told me I would have to go to an AT&T store. I told him I was over 100 miles from one he said that’s all he could offer.Not impressed!

Review: I’d say the main selling point of this residential phone is its button layout. The script sizing is perfect for people that don’t have that great of a vision anymore. It’s intuitive and easy to use. All you need from a residential phone is there. I’ve did a lot of research and there were not many models on the market (since residential phones are mostly obsolete) and with the aging population that still uses those, this would be a great investment.

Review: We just got these phones a few weeks ago. We don’t require the built-in answering system, so I can’t rate that, but generally, it was easy to just replace our old cordless system by plugging in all the bases and charging the phones for 10 hours. The large number buttons make it easy for those of us who are older and have vision problems. Handsets are lightweight and easy to hold. Sound quality could be better, but still ok. I wish we could raise the volume more; it’s limited in that way. We can raise the volume somewhat, but not quite enough for us at times. Generally, though, we’re pretty satisfied with this product.
