Title: Great office phone, at a fair price!
Review: I was looking for an affordable 1 or 2 line office phone and everything out there was either way too expensive/ overpriced, or was designed for many lines which I didn’t need. Other models I considered looked kind of cheap, so after reading some reviews I went with this one. So far I love it! The speakerphone works very well, and no one has ever complained about not hearing me. It has 2 lines, only one of which I use. It also has 2 voicemail boxes, one for each line. Very comfortable to talk on, sound/ mic are both great. My only criticism is that the buttons are little harder to push than I would like ( and huge), but that doesn’t take away from its performance or utility. Every so often you will need to wipe the little rubber pads underneath to help maintain traction so the phone doesn’t slide when you dial. I do it every 2 weeks or so with a wet napkin, and never have an issue with it sliding on my desk like some others have complained.Overall it’s a basic office phone that does everything you need to, and does it well. I would buy it again!

Title: This is a great phone
Review: Super easy to set up; the book walks you right through every step. If you lose the book, then hit menu and it will take you to everything you need. Any moderately tech savvy person (like we all are these days) can figure it out with ease. I was able to set up auto dial #s, voicemail, ring tone and volume all very easy. The only complaint is the voicemail outgoing message is not clear as I would like. You can understand it easily enough, but it sounds like you may be having a bag over your head.I am returning it because I needed it for a job I was sure I would get but didn’t. The features on this phone are therefore unnecessary and my life took a different direction so will be unnecessary in the future as well. If not, I would keep it and be pleased with my purchase.

Title: Good Value, Good Performance
Review: Handset voice quality is excellent, and the speakerphone is surprisingly good. Those were two of my primary must-haves. No complaints at all from callers at the other end of a standard land line. Answering machine works well, and my recorded announcement (when you dial in) sounds better than any phone I’ve used before. I don’t know why they insist you record with the speakerphone mic, but this one actually sounds pretty decent. I’d rate basic performance 5 stars at this point. Very intuitive to set up and program – you really don’t need the manual to figure it out quickly. But, the included manual is extensive and straighforward. As with all similar phones today, this one is lighweight and has a cheap-ish feel about it. But, it’s better than many others in this respect. The handset is noticably bigger and heavier than any of the others I test-drove. Not a huge difference, but noticable. The contour of the earpiece is very comfortable – really nice during long conversations. I’ll admit I found the big buttons odd at first, but I’m adjusting to them pretty quickly. I can’t dial quite as fast as I was used to, but the buttons are positive and tend to reduce mis-dialing. Not a major drawback. So far, all features work as advertised. A few minor complaints, but nothing substantial. I’m happy with this purchase.Looks like a 5-star item, and a great value – IF it proves to be reliable. Seems like the display may have issues, so I’m giving it a 4 for now. Any problems arise, l’ll update later.

Title: Good value for the money- June 13, 2013 update
Review: I downsized from an electronic system with a KSU box to this single 2 line phone and have been relatively pleased. The phone seems to have a broad array of features, although I don’t use them all. A very good value for the price, and yes, the buttons are big.Update – March of 2013- After several months of use as my main office phone, I have to say that I am very pleased with the phone. For the price, it’s a no brainer.June 13, 2013 – Further update – and a shout out to AT&T – yes, really! The LED screen stopped showing a full display and I could not resolve the issue. While the phone still worked, loss of this feature was somewhat of an annoyance. After walking me through a few fixes which did not work, the AT&T customer service agent said I could return the phone, at my expense, for servicing as it was within the 1 year warranty period. I explained that the phone was my business line and I could not do without a phone for a moment, much less a 2 week turn around period for repair. The agent agreed to send me a new phone and upon receipt of the new phone, I could send back the original phone. The agent then emailed me a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return the old phone. The new phone arrived in several days and the old phone is now on its way back. From my perspective, AT&T was totally responsive to my situation and worked with me to figure out how to resolve the problem rather than make me jump through hoops. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. BTW, the phone continues to work extremely well. I am still of the opinion that it is a no-brainer.

Review: It is not a universal speakerphone, and the DC adapter is incompatible with certain countries. It malfunctioned and burned when I plugged the adapter into the AC socket.
