Title: Classic corded phone
Review: If you live somewhere that cell signals don’t carry well, and still maintain a landline, then you need a classic corded phone for times when the power goes out. This phone will work with just the power in the landline. Made by ATT, it is solid and worked immediately when plugged into the landline jack in my house. The sound quality is fine, the buttons are large and readable, the phone is a classic white “princess” design that can either sit on a counter or hang on a wall. At only $19.99 it is a very good value.

Title: Horrible sound quality
Review: This phone is terrible. In particuar the sound quality rather than being superior is almost unusable. The microphone sounds like there is a plastic bag over the microphone. In fact it sounds like there is more than one it is so bad. I was prepared for the base to be cheap and light and move around, but i truly assumed that ATT would have superior sound quality to a cordless phone or any cell phone, but no.I am looking for an alternative corded phone that is rated highly for sound quality. So far I have not found one.
