Title: Great hearing aids for the price
Review: I be purchased several different brands of hearing aids and these are the best ones for the price. They charge quickly and stay charged longer than others I’ve purchased in the past. I didn’t have to adjust the volume or the earbuds from how they came packaged. I’ve only had them for about a week, so I will have to see how long they last. That has been the issue with past purchases. I’m hoping these will hold up longer.

Title: Great service!
Review: I recently had partial hearing loss due to a medical condition. I finally broke down and bought a Audience aide. One of units was not working so I called the help line. I got the best customer service I’ve received in years. Aleli was a sight for sore ‘ears’. She fixed my problem with respect and grace that you can’t get from a machine. Great job!

Title: Will not turn off. Major feedback.
Review: Not good. In addition to not fitting properly–even with their smallest adapter–they would not turn off when placed in the case. Even after adjusting the frequency and volume, no luck, just a constant feedback that was irritating. Why sell a product that doesn’t even perform a basic operation like shutting off? I am sure these are fine for some users, but for me, they were not a good fit.
