Title: Works really well.
Review: I’ve purchased custom hearing aids from audiologists in the past. These work nearly as well for a fraction of the cost. While the Audien hearing aids aren’t custom programmed to my hearing defects, these do work well in amplifying the sounds around me and really improves my ability to hear conversations and details I might miss. These are pretty comfortable and fairly light weight. I didn’t know what to expect when I got these but I’m pretty satisfied.

Title: not such a good product.
Review: received them from Audien. first set didn’t function properly, they sent a second set and been using, but the quality is not there. i have tried all the tips and none of them work great for all scenarios. sometimes i end having to take them out. i should have tried the Audien ATOM PRO 2 before accepting these BTE. Not sure how if they would have been better.

Title: Great first time set
Review: My wife was tested five years ago and was found to have some hearing loss which we knew on our own. She test drove a set of (at the time) 7K dollar hearing aids and they were inside the ear canal hearing aids. It was not a good match for her so we decided to postpone that for the time being. Now she has noticed more loss and a friend allowed her to try his set on for just a short while at a dinner party and that was a great help. These are behind the ear and have a better sound than the 7K dollar set. So much so that I ordered this set for her right away and she has been using them for a month now and she likes using them, the charging case is convenient and the charge seems to last her almost all day at work.Wearing hearing aids for the first time is no cake walk and it does take some getting used to and this set has helped her to acclimate herself to just Using hearing aids that it gives us time to consult a audiologist and get better info on new sets as the technology gets better all the time. Most likely we will keep these in the top drawer for the backup set because as we all learn…two is one and one is none. 😉

Title: Useless customer support
Review: Best hearing aids I have ever had. The product serves me well as an associate in a loud home improvement store. However, the standard domes were worthless and kept following out. Customer service has been totally irresponsive. I asked on three occasions for them to answer on how to order more of the grey RIE domes. . They sent me some in the original package but I could never find out how to get more. My own research and thanks to Amazon I found them on their site. Fit perfect and the sound is right on.

Title: I found the audien Ion BTE to provide an excellant hearing aid.
Review: I have tried a few different types of hearing aids and then I gave the Ion BTE hearing aids a try and after some adjustment found them to be an excellant device especially considering the price. They cost one third the price of some other high end devices and I found the Ion BTE sound and comfort just as good if not better as the higher price HAThey dont have all the bells and Whistles of some high-end hearing aids, but if price and sound quality is important., I would definitely give them a try. A note- at first I found them to cause itchiness in my ear. I found that I was inserting them too far in the canal which caused discomfort and itchiness. I went to the larger dome and the itchiness went away and they were much more comfortable .I would recommend you give this a try.Another note – The customer service was excellent, and the follow up was fantastic. All my questions were answered promptly.Byrce deserves a Special shout out , for Excellent customer service and follow up.

Title: Outstanding sound in a hearing aid
Review: I have tried many inexpensive hearing aides in the past several years. None have worked as well as the Audien ION-BTE pair. I charged them up and turned them on without making any adjustments and put them on. I could hear normally again. They are small for behind the ear. But the microphones are behind the ears, so the feedback problems I’ve had with in the ear devices disappeared. The noise cancellation works very well. Listening to music while driving on freeways is possible again. The battery life is at least 18 hours and the recharge time is only a few hours. So, overnight charging will suffice for long days.
