Review: Wow, after spending an hour or so downloading the app and playing with them, all of a sudden I realized that they somehow just automatically adjusted all by themselves, Could not believe it. Will give a follow up review on findings later. And it is the first product I have ever bought made in China that has a decent manual. Later. . . .

Review: Cannot find the app for android. Page 20 QR code takes you to an Apple IOS app but generic search for “amplifier”. Nothing to support these hearing aids for android.They need to remove android as a supported device.

Title: Not what I expected
Review: Bought these because they said they were bluetooth. I wanted hearing aids that connected to my phone so I could stream music and phone calls through them. Nope, you cannot. It only connects to the app. The app is not easy to find. They have a qr code to download it for Apple or Android, but it just takes you to a page that says to download this app in the app store, which I could not find. In fact I peeled back the qr code they had to find the web address for the app, which takes you to it, but it’s not in English. The app wasn’t great! In fact some of it wasn’t in English either. The hearing aids kept disconnecting as well. Also the hearing aids kept screeching. I turned the volume way down, didn’t stop the high pitch screeching every so often. Like the sound you get when you’re too close to a speaker.

Title: After some bumbling, better now
Review: I had a lot of trouble getting the app to work & to stay consistently connected, but after a certain amount of fussing with it, it seems to be more reliable. The device itself, aside from occasional loud feedback, works well enough to get me through what can be awkward social & work situations where it’s great not to ask people to repeat what they’re saying many times. Some struggles, but some success. Hoping for more.

Review: We got these for my mother . This is her first time ever using hearing aids. I’m happy with the improvement in her hearing. The TV volume is half of what it used to be . She can hear and understand one on one conversations perfectly. She is happy that I did. I’m happy too. Thanks for the great product!
