Title: Add some color, quality, ease, and, dare I say, fun (?) to your pills!
Review: I have many pill boxes to compare with, and this is the only one that has real hinges, and not just flexible plastic which may eventually fatigue and break off. To be fair, this has not happened to my old boxes…yet. This box also has separate springs to pop open and hold up the lids. The action is very positive. The release levers are easy to pop and close. The colored compartments and colored base give the whole thing a cheery and quality feel. Give an otherwise dreary utilitarian function a little high end colorful fun, and who couldn’t use that!

Review: I gave a bad review to an Auvon pill organizer but the company was highly reviewed for its pill organizer products so I went back to them for a replacement. These newly released and redesigned weekly pill organizers work wonderfully. They are larger than I was planning for but better than being too small. My husband has Parkinson’s and routine is key. That includes what his pill boxes look like. Each individual day slot has a different color lid and these colors are consistent through the choice of colors for the bottom part. That means Sunday is always red, Monday is always orange no matter what the color of the base is, white, lavender, light blue, pink, purple. That is important for those needing AM and PM weekly organizers. For us AM is White, PM is Light Blue. All of this is important for both the person taking the meds and the person filling the organizer box. Let me just list all the advantages of this Auvon model;1. Available in colors you can choose. If you fill 2 weeks at a time, you can get two white ones and 2 light blue ones or what ever you choose for your AM and PM doses. They are not just sent in random colors like many similar products.2. The daily labels are large silk screen print that are easy to read and durable.3. The storage wells are large and easy to get the meds out of.4. The lids lightly lock up for easy filling and closing5. The lids lock down with a snap so you know they are tightly closed.6. The lids are easily opened with arthritic hands and/or tremors. It takes a bit of experimenting to decide what technique works for you, your special needs and dexterity7. The lids stay shut unless the opening lever is pushed. It is hard to push one accidently. Less spilled pills!8. You can easily see inside the individual pill wells to see what day to take or make sure the meds were taken and the right day was taken.9. They appear to be very tough and durable.I labeled our white boxes on the ends and the Wed (Wednesday) lid and push button tab with an “AM” so it is clear that white is am. The blue is not labeled at all so it is the night one. This method works for my husband and the way his Parkinson’s affects his thinking. You can design your own method. For some people knowing Red is always Sunday may be beneficial.The company seems to have put a lot of thought and research into this redesigned and engineered box to accommodate multiple special needs of the box user and the box filler! Thank you Auvon. I strongly recommend this product. I also agree with a reviewer who only takes a few pills a day and would like to see a smaller version for those like her.

Review: I take a lot of pills each morning, a combination of medicines and supplements, and this simple, cheap and effective pill box has revolutionised my pill-taking routine in the morning. Once a week I just set it up with the meds I’m supposed to take, and each morning I can just take what I need for the day with a single swig of water right as I wake up, rather than popping each pill out of the package or scooping it out of the bottle etc, saving me lots of time. I suppose this is more aimed at patients who need their medication regime simplified, and this is a great tool for that, which their carer can help them set up if needs be. Each compartment has enough space for at least 12 tablets I would say, including very large gel caps that I use.It also makes travelling with medication much much easier if I’m going away for less than 7 days as I just take this pre-filled with me instead of all of the medication boxes separately. Total game changer. It is quite sturdy for the price and I haven’t had any issues with it self-opening while tossing it in a bag for travelling. One thing to note is that many medicines should not be stored in direct sunlight, which can penetrate the coloured tops, so you may want an opaque option if you like your medicines on a windowsill or cut pieces of paper to stick into the insides of the lids.

Review: Most of the reviews here are not of the above product. And not from india. It’s a good thing, but I found the individual cases very difficult to open. So I couldn’t personally use it. I just couldn’t open them. Maybe with time they become soft.

Review: I take about 15 pills a day for my epilepsy and other things. Some of the pills are quite large and I’ve struggled to find a suitable pill holder. This one is PERFECT! it has so much space and its very sturdy. I love how you push down to open the different pill days and don’t have to manually open it. I love it!

Review: I never thought I’d be so excited about a pill box, but what can I say? I guess I really am old. I had one of those drugstore pill boxes for years, the ones at the end of the aisle that usually sell for about $2.99. It was great until it broke and then I bought a new one . . . couldn’t get the little flaps open to save my life. I kept sticking a letter opener in to pry them open, but I knew that was just an accident looking to happen. I came across this one and kept it in my cart for awhile, hoping the impossible one would become less impossible if I continued to stab it every day, but no such luck. Bit the bullet and bought this one, and I love it. It’s super easy to open, you just press down and the covers open right up. There’s tons of room in each compartment, so if you take vitamins and supplements, there will be room for everything. And I have to say the pretty colors make me smile. Totally recommend.
