Title: Great glasses
Review: I only need some mild correction for reading and close objects so I ordered a +1.0 set of glasses. I chose these for use in my workshop. Since they have such large lenses they can double as a pair of safety glasses and since the correction is only +1.0, I can still see objects further away without much distortion allowing me to just keep them on while I work in the shop. This is much more convenient than having to swap out safety glasses, with reading glasses, or using my small footprint readers with safety glasses over the top of them. These are surprisingly comfortable and I’ve found myself using them much more than I anticipated since I can leave them on all the time and not need to find a pair of readers as needed.

Title: Books versus computers
Review: If you are used to wearing bifocals these will take some getting used to because you are probably used to focusing on a range of distances – seeing things far away by moving your eyes away from the prescription section to the non prescription section. The entire (large) lens of these is prescription and you will need to take them off or look over or around the frame to see far away.However, they are brilliant for tasks that require looking straight ahead, such as looking at computer screens, creating art on an easel, or putting together a puzzle, because you don’t have to tweak your eye or neck position to focus on larger areas.Regular bifocals are probably better for performing handheld tasks, such as looking down to read a book or scroll a phone, or tasks that require focusing on both near and far items in quick succession, such as cooking while following a written recipe.Re style – my husband said wearing these, I look like a retro 80s kid. I’ll take it!

Title: great for seeing my computer screen
Review: These readers are great for seeing my computer screen more clearly. I use them instead of my prescription glasses because these help me stay focused better due to where my monitor is. They are comfortable on and lightweight. I like that they are larger in size because the frames are mostly out of my field of vision. I got these in a +1 and they are very accurate.

Title: Effective reading glasses for large monitors
Review: I ordered the AOOLIA reading glasses because I have a huge 4K computer monitor. Most reading glasses are designed small and thin for reading books and phone screens. The AOOLIA glasses are huge, so I am not bobbing my head trying to read the different parts of my large monitor. The glasses are lightweight and very comfortable, so I expect to be wearing this for hours at a time. They look a bit nerdy for Zoom meetings in a good way.

Title: Large but Comfortable!
Review: Well they are a bit large, but that’s actually a plus for me in this case. I like my field of vision covered and especially while I’m working on a computer. The blue light blocking is an excellent addition.Overall they are affordable, comfortable, and work really well. Good choice.

Title: High level of distortion, although the central vision is very clear
Review: These glasses are well made in many respects. The frame is very nice, and the lenses are the correct magnification. Unfortunately, the distortion level was too high for me. All readers distort, especially at the periphery. But these seemed to distort more closely in that I’d like. For example, hold a cell phone in front of you, straight up like you are reading it. Now tilt it away from you so it’s gradually facing up – the phone will elongate. Some people may not be bothered by this, but I went back to some CVS readers and they distort about half as much.
