Title: Good product
Review: My mom has a very expensive pair she can hardly hear on, we ordered these a couple weeks ago and they are amazing, easy to use. We like the blue tooth we connected them to hear TV and phone and actually had to turn them down she felt they were to loud, after turning them down they were perfect! She can even hear us talk now, what a game changer, she is so much happier now.For the price I think it’s right and matches its function and I feel it’s still okay.

Title: Works
Review: Hearing aids have made great strides in quality and features. These Nelpos are larger than some, but work.And for the price are comparable to aids costing thousands only five years ago. Not as sophticated as my Relate 4.0 RIC-R aids, but the RIC-Rs. cost ten times as much.

Title: Good Fit and Rechargeable
Review: My sister in law gave them to her dad, he said they were relatively easy to operate and fit well when he wears them. The sounds does amplify and do like the bluetooth functionality. It has several sound modes and channels and the fact they are rechargeable adds a saving on one’s battery cost.

Title: Excellent hearing aids
Review: These are terrific! They are loud enough for my moderate-severe hearing loss. They don’t fall out of my ears like in the ear hearing aids do. They don’t squeal. They are perfect for me. I have several other otc hearing aids and these are the only ones with which I have had no issues.

Review: Dislikes:• Exceptionally small print instruction inserts• Poorly worded and ineffectively communicated English text instructions/procedure tables• Found preset hearing programs to be non-distinctive and generally ineffective• No wall charging adapter provided• Left/right units require separate power on/off on each device (non-synced control)• Only one (1) set of small, medium, and large earbud tips included (these are double flange silicone, not the split body cone shape shown in advertising photos)• Behind The Ear (BTE) bodies are on the large side• Base charging/storage unit flashes lighting sequence not covered in user documents• Package I received did not include a cleaning brushLikes:• Bluetooth enabled so they can link to your cell phone or other compatible devices• Storage case has a 3-minute long UV light sterilization feature• Rechargeable Lithium Polymer batteries• Six (6) preset hearing programs• English/Spanish instructionsWhile I find these to be better than nothing, I don’t personally find them to be a good value at their listed price of $190 USD (time of writing). In my opinion, Manufacturer needs to greatly improve their user instruction documentation. Without the Bluetooth feature, I would have rated them at only 1 Star. Review: Product: Rechargeable Bluetooth Hearing Aids for Seniors Adults, Advanced 48 Channel Digital BTE Hearing Assist, 18 Hour Charging Case, Hearing Aids with Bluetooth Enabled CallsThese NELPO hearing aids/amplifiers were almost fully charged when I received them. The charging case and hearing aids/amplifiers appeared to be well-made.They paired with my cell phone quickly and easily. The sounds I heard via the Bluetooth connection were very good.I like that the charging unit also has a UV cleaning mode. It appeared to work as described.This product does amplify sound. I listened to a program on my computer using TV speakers at low volume with and without the hearing aids. There was a huge difference. When moving through the house sounds were amplified, especially sharp ones. Also, there was a difference in the sounds when using the different modes. For example, the sound of a small mini fan was much louder using one of the modes. On a practical basis, finding the best mode for an individual would probably be a trial-and-error process. Six available modes increase the likelihood of finding one or more that work well for an individual.The instruction manuals do an adequate job of instructing and illustrating how to use this device. However, they are tiny and some folks would have difficulty reading their small print.This device performs as described and is priced in the upper range of similar devices. Probably, most users would experience an improvement in their hearing when using this product.
