Title: Great Phone for Parents
Review: I got this phone for my mother. She prefers a large desk phone with easy to see/push numbers. She loves it. Additionally it also has amplified sound, which she didn’t need, but it’s a nice feature. This phone is no frills and very user friendly. She gets confused easily and overwhelmed at the thought of new “gadgets” so this is truly was a perfect phone for her. Very well pleased!

Title: Works OK for Elderly Grandmother
Review: My Grandmother is losing her sight at an alarming level, so I purchased this large button phone with the 3 large programmable options. All of the features that she needs works. My only complaint about this phone is the lightness of the handset. If it were a little hardier, it would rest better and not come off of the cradle so easily.

Title: Great phone for my almost deaf mom
Review: I got this phone for my elderly mostly deaf and very poor sighted mom. She was able to see the phone buttons and hear clearly through the handset and the speakerphone. It was a wonderful gift and very helpful. She was able to call people when I wasn’t home and the speed dial was perfect for her favorite calls.

Title: WORTHLESS!
Review: Bought this phone for my 90 yo dad in a nursing home right before Christmas 2020. Here it is March 9th and the phone has completely stopped working. All connections have been checked, new cords used, nothing….dead in the water! I can’t even get into the nursing home to retrieve the POS so I can return it! Now I have to spend more money and order another phone that is going to work more than 3 months. I am so disappointed that now my dad doesn’t have a phone to speak to my mom or his kids.

Title: Big buttons, good; Memory buttons, bad
Review: This is the 4th big button phone we bought for my mother. One of the other brands had terrible static and the other didn’t work at all. The manufacturer of the 2nd brand sent us a new phone but it didn’t work either. This one at least works as a phone. The memory buttons don’t work though. They will not hold the programmed number. But my 98-year old with limited eyesight mother is happy to be able to at least dial a number. So we’ll keep it for now.

Title: Functional land line phone for a senior
Review: Got this for my mother to replace her phone that didn’t have volume controls. From her report to me, she likes the functions, large number pad, and adjustable volumes for headset, speakerphone and ringer. When I talk to her, the reception is very clear. She is happy with it, so I guess I am happy I made the purchase. If there are any issues, will update review.

Title: Light, Easy to use for my 84yr old Mom with dementia
Review: My 84 year old Mother with dementia has been in a nursing home while my Dad had heart surgery. She lost ability to use her cell and digital phones easily. We replaced a digital phone with this one. This phone has been wonderful! It is light and easy for her to move, and she is able to answer it and hang it up. We are very happy with it!
