Title: Doesn’t Fit
Review: The holes on the back of the phone, to hang the phone the wall, do not match the pins on a standard wall mount jack. I had to make a special hanger out of wood to match the angle and the holes on the back of the phone. What a pain. Other than that, the phone seems to be working well.

Title: Would have been a great phone if it stopped ringing.
Review: Bought this phone for my father who is hard of hearing. When I plugged the phone into the phone jack it immediately started ringing and only stopped ringing when I picked up the receiver. There is only an email for customer service (no number to call). They did offer a replacement but I was leaving town and needed to get a phone set up before I left.
