Title: Great phone for disabled father!!
Review: My father is disabled with a stroke and has use of only one arm. He loves his new phone and that it can be hands free. He got it 2 weeks ago and so far it works great. He installed it himself and it is simple to use the loud speaker. He enjoys relaxing in bed while he talks and can see the large buttons to dial out on. I feel this is a must for anyone disabled or elderly when having a good phone can really come in handy. The phone seems to be made of good quality , fast shipping and packed well. Thank u for making a great phone and helping my dad !

Title: Great for Seniors!
Review: I bought this for my dad who is 90. He wanted a simple phone that had a loud ringer, loud volume for the handset, worked with his heating aid, and had larger buttons. I wanted it a darker color so it wouldnt get dirty so easily. This phone fit the bill. I hesitated since I did not recognize the company name. However the phone in the guest room was one years old and a name brand and the read out already was broken. So far, after two weeks, this works as expected (his voice is clear and he can hear everything clearly) and he is very happy with it. He even hooked it up himself so it was easy peasy in that dept. If he is happy, I am happy.

Title: The Telephone Doesn’t Work it’s CHEAPLY MADE….That’s a shame.
Review: The item is defective it doesn’t work, the phone doesn’t ring. I watched on You Tube to make sure everything was prompt connected. I build website for a living so connecting this telephone is simple. To hear that I can’t return or exchange this item is shame and a waste of money.

Title: Nice phone
Review: This is a nice phone that we purchased for my 93 year old mother. The only drawback (for us) is that it’s not very heavy. We would like it to stay in one place but with the cord that is provided from the phone to hand piece it’s hard to keep it set. We purchased a longer cord and it’s working out okay.

Title: Perfect for Elderly
Review: Our elderly mother was unable to operate any so-called smart phone without creating a disaster. She couldn’t use a standard cordless phone because the buttons were too many and too small. And she couldn’t hear an old-school phone. This one corrects ALL of these problems. The ringer is loud. The handset is amplified. The buttons are huge. And it ONLY does the essentials – plus speed dial, which is nearly an essential. Arrived promptly, worked as advertised, and reconnected the momma with the world. Great value too.

Title: Phone failed but customer-service thankfully replaced it
Review: This is a basic functional phone for people who prefer the wired phone over the wireless and like the large dial keys. The phone arrived in fully assembled condition and I only needed to attach the cables. It is very light so you might wish to secure it with mounting to a solid base to avoid knocking it over accidentally. Initially, it worked well as a basic phone and the reason I gave it three stars is because, after three months, it started developing a loud hum. It’s a cheap design compared to my previous Panasonic phone that had worked for 30 years and just died. The Panasonic phone had a better look and features as well as higher quality speaker sound. In addition, with this phone, you can’t switch to speaker if you make a call using the handset only which is a major shortcoming for me. I believe also, it is overpriced for what it offers.P.S. I contacted the customer service about the problem and thankfully, they sent me a new phone. So far the new phone is running well but I will update my review if it fails again.

Title: Lightweight with big buttons! Great for those with poor vision.
Review: Love this phone. Or I should say my mother-in-law loves this phone. Being older with poor vision, she has trouble with the typical phones in most homes. The handsets with the numbers on one side. She just can’t see them well enough. But this one? Perfect for her. She can see the numbers – the stark white number on a black background is fantastic – and she has added freedom to call whomever she wants. Plus, we like the lightness of this. Some have complained it feels cheap. But the weight is actually a bonus for her. Very pleased.

Title: Great phone for elderly with mild dementia
Review: My 90 year old father is in a memory care unit for mild dementia. We have been unable to visit him during the covid-19 virus out break. He has poor eyesight and is hard of hearing so using a standard phone was difficult for him to dial and he had difficulty hearing us. This phone has made it possible for him to stay in contact with his family while being isolated and has made a noticeable improvement in his attitude. He can easily dial the phone due to the large numbers and he can hear us much more clearly now. I would definitely recommend this product.

Review: Bought this phone for a visually impaired senior. It is working out very well, as it saves several numbers for speed dialling easily. Easy to use. Buttons are also big enough to identify by touch. It feels light, but it has been working very well so far.

Review: The phone arrived in good time. Very easy to set up speed dial . ( I set it up at my home, but had to reset speed dial numbers when I plugged phone in at my mom’s house) She has some dementia, so we had to practice a lot to help her remember how to answer the phone. Still working on getting her to call out. It’s very simple for us, but she doesn’t press the speed dial sequence fast enough, so it goes to a busy signal. Customer service follow-up is excellent .

Review: I rarely complain about any Amazon items, but this one is particularly bad.The look of the phone and the large buttons are fine. Even the build quality seems okay, but the volume level on the handset earpiece is totally inadequate for an older person with poor hearing. with the volume switch on high, it was about as loud as a regular phone on low. absolutely ridiculous, and a waste of my time.I spent and hour deciding which phone to order, and now I have to pack it up for shipping and go to the Post Office etc., etc.Don’t waste your time on this item.

Review: The phone was purchased for my 91 year old mother-in-law, to make it easy for her to answer a phone and hang up. The phone is far too light as it moves around on the night table, when the receiver is picked up, and she ends up pulling it on the floor.. The keys are large for sight which is good, but it should have a louder receiving capability when parties are talking, as it is difficult for her to hear me. Elderly have hearing problems as well and therefore the phone should be able to deal with this issue as well.
