Title: Ringer is the best.
Review: So far, it has been great. The ringer is exceptionally loud so no more missed phone calls. There is also a light that flashes to make folks aware it is ringing so double way not to miss a call. Only had the phone a week but volume and large buttons are a hit. First one came broke and customer service was great, I got a new one within a few days.

Title: Junk
Review: The phone is trash. Can’t hear at all on it and it’s very staticky. The volume isn’t loud and phone did not work properly after taking it out the box to be honest.

Title: Easy to program
Review: The phone was easy to program and use. The large numbers are helpful. The volume was not as loud as I would like. It shipped very quickly!

Title: Not cordless!
Review: Other than not being cordless it’s the perfect phone for my 93 Year old mother in law. No more messing up everything by always pushing buttons by mistake.

Title: Changed my rating.
Review: ***Edited on November 3rd.I’m changing the rating on this phone from two stars to four stars. The company that sells this particular product was very concerned about the two-star review. They tried multiple times to convince me to request another phone to try and make things right. Initially I just ignored their emails because I figured what was going to be different? In spite of my ignoring their emails, they sent me another phone anyway to try out. The phone they sent actually does what it is supposed to do. It amplifies the sound coming into the phone to a usable volume for the hearing impaired. Or at least for my mom.I have never seen a company work so hard at service recovery as these guys did. The only reason this phone is not getting a five-star review, is because it’s just too light to stay on the tabletop if you pull just a little bit too much on the handset. If the base was just a little bit heavier, it would get a 5 star review. If Mom needed a second phone, I would buy this one again.****Phone is listed as amplified for hearing impaired. Listing states up to 40 dB, and suitable for hearing impairment. The volume actually is very low, even when turned all the way up. Hard to hear even for a normal hearing person.

Title: Was to use but….
Review: The incoming call volume could be louder, like 11 or 12 would be nicer. I had bought this because of the loudspeaker option, but I haven’t figured out how to go back and forth from a regular hand held call to the loudspeaker in the same call. I reckon it’s only good for one or the other per conversation…. So plan ahead. But, I could be wrong I’m. still also learning how to use my new dvd disc player.

Title: junk
Review: Piece of JUNK. It worked until I tried to set up speed dial numbers. I followed the simple instructions EXACTLY. UTTER FAILURE. Now I cannot dial out because some of the keys are DEAD. When I do manage to dial a number it says “cannot complete as dialed”. Tried with or without area code. Now I can only ANSWER calls. Absolute pile of garbage.

Review: This is a light-weight phone that worked well for 2 days. After that, we got a clear dial-tone when we lifted the receiver, but couldn’t get the number buttons to make an outgoing call. We called support; they said the “core phone functions” were working well. We disagreed because we pushed the number buttons and all we heard was a continuous dial-tone. We checked the outlet with another corded phone and it worked. BTW, we did get incoming calls – no problem. We have returned the phone.

Review: My mon loves this phone, it meets all the needs for her. The large buttons and the clear sound, also the speed dial, are very friendly for elderly.

Review: Purchased this phone for my 92-year-old mother so she could see the large numbers to dial out. The first time I plugged the cord into the back of the phone, the jack came loose. Managed to fish the jack out from the inside of the phone and plugged in the cord. Phone works fine, however, there is A LOT of loud noise when speaking to someone, similar to the sound of a microphone with no foam cover. I would not recommend this product.
