Title: Poor quality, buttons stopped working
Review: The build quality is flimsy – it’s hard to connect the telephone wires and the weight of the phone is very light. The buttons stopped working right after I installed it, and the speakerphone function is awkward to use. On the positive side, the button sizes are good, but that’s about the only thing I can recommend.

Title: Surprisingly, quite good
Review: Simple to use with big numbers/buttons. It appears larger in the image however, it is the perfect size in reality. It can easily be used on a desk, just as much as it can be on a wall (it has a security wall latch that needs to be set before it is set up on the wall). The handset cord is kind of short, but it’s not a problem the way it’s being used (keep that in mind if you need a longer cord this one is super short.) functions as expected. Would recommend the purchase. The function for the price is good.

Title: Senior big numbers phone didn’t last long.
Review: I had it for 2 months and it was good. But then I was receiving calls ok but making calls would not go through. Called the phone company and said there was no problem with the phone line. The problem was the phone. I ordered another phone. Let’s hope this one works longer.

Review: My father Has vascular dementia and had a stroke and is in a nursing home and has problems with looking for the button to press to call somebody and to also hear them on the phone.This phone has been absolutely wonderful for him.No problems at all.****REVISED REVIEW***March 23rd 2025. I went down to 1 star because the phone now does not work. The buttons will not allow you to dial out so now he can not make calls the phone is no longer in use**
